Want to let everyone know that I had a couple of problems with my unit it wasn't until they sent out Parker to my house that my problems got resolved I appreciate that Sean sent someone out every time I called but Parker got my unit up and running twice, he is very knowledgeable and explained to me what the problems were I would recommend him and Miller's Air

I was on vacation when a tenant's ac went out. One call and they were there later that day and made all repairs. I was able to have peace of mind while vacationing and the tenant was able to enjoy his cold air.

Called on a Sunday. Wasn't expecting anyone to come out but the guy on the phone said if I wanted him to come out that night it would be $160 service call if I could wait till the morning it would be $80 I said I could wait as I wasn't staying at the house just handling an estate but was concerned about mold He said he would have his tech call me in the morning and he would come out. Well as of this writing it's 5:11 PM on Monday no call no show. I guess they don't need the business

Communication was very poor and the technicians left trash for me to clean up after them. Considering what they charged for labor on this installation, I expected a higher minimum of professionalism.
