Maintenance of HVAC exterior system, checked thermostat. Did not clean around interior air handler. I had previously installed new filters.

It's everyone's nightmare, having your AC go out during a hot Florida summer. When ours went and the house was reaching 90 degrees, we called Miller's. We were in contact with Norma and Hailey at the office many times throughout the process and both were patient and understanding. They sent someone out the same day and John was great.

He checked the system, diagnosed the problem and set us up with Sean, a sales specialist, when the AC unfortunately need to be replaced. Sean came out the next day and was knowledgeable about what systems he could get to us right away due to the temperature inside the house and our budget. We had the installation scheduled for the very next morning. Craig and Z showed up on time and worked through the afternoon till the new AC was installed outside and indoors. Craig and Z were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

We were impressed that within three days we had a new AC unit installed and would recommend and use Miller's again.
