I Ordered a blower motor a month an a half still have not received yet, trane email 3 time that it was there, drive and use my gas 2 times to pompano beach location and 1 west palm beach location an 2hrs drive 1 way, palm beach location reorder to go back to pompano beach from Texas they said it will arrive in 2 days which was Friday I'll called them this time still not there going to call again today hopefully its there this time. This sucks my customer and I is so unhappy with this whole experience .
Long hold times (28 minutes) most recently only to be transferred for another 10 minute hold to then be told they won't tell me why there is incorrect info on the parts list for our home system. I understand they want homeowners to call an HVAC tech however I am an electrician who is more than capable of changing a fan motor in a condenser I bought from them and they should at least have the professional courtesy to correct the information that came with my condenser from the manufacturer which is inconsistent. Even AC Tech friends I have spoken to say the same about Trane, poor service, long hold times, not what they used to be, etc... When transferred to the survey at the end of the call the representative disconnected the call after the first question was asked before I could answer.. Poor service, will buy a different system when the time comes, Goodbye Trane!
I purchased a top of the line Trane AC unit less than 45 days ago . Turned on the heat for the first time because a 40 degree cold front moved into south Florida only to find out that the heating portion of the AC is broken. The AC company who installed the unit came out 3 days ago and verified that the unit has a bad relay. The AC company did not have the relay in stock and to-date has not been able to obtain it. New top of the line Trane Unit, $6,500, AC company verifying the unit has a bad relay and none in stock to repair it, frustrating, overall Trane experience TERRIBLE.
This place is the worst to work. I used to work there about 6 years ago, and they was this guy name TJ, working at the front. He always making racist comments against Cuban customers ,and other minority groups that works there. He s a racist bigot uneducated human trash. He s giving that place a bad name.
If you want a team who really want to be certain that their customers are taken care of, then I would highly suggest the Trane HVAC Parts & Supplies team in Pompano Beach. As an employee to this team as well as to the organization, I noticed a negative comment regarding a resource who has not worked at this location over the last four years, but one can be certain we are a diverse team who not only appreciate all of our customers, but we take on the South Florida theme of working as hard as we play as well.
