Honest A/C

Called this company to inquire about getting my coil cleaned. Lady on the phone was very helpful. Decided to go with this company and the technician that came out was AWESOME. This company has the best prices in South Florida and you get top of the line service. Will definitely use this company again.

No words to describe how happy i am right now honest Ac saved my month i needed a new ac and called 4 diffrent companies i must say some of the guys they sent did not look like they knew what they came for. Jacob came in very happy pleasant and not pushy. In the end of the day i saved few hundred dollars. Great installing crew came two hours later and worked super clean and methodical. I bought my a/c on march 2019, after 15 mounts the unit doesn't cooling, i call 3 time during 2 weeks, after that , the guy stop by and he told me he have to replace the out side filter (brand new replace for honest a/c), clean the unit inside because the lines have different pressure cost price $670.00
I check online and i decide to vacuum the lines , and my a/c star to work perfect.
i ask for my warranty and the guy told, they never install the filter outside to lock new.
i not recommend this company the costumer service is to bad and they want to charge me for something is under warranty.

We recently had the opportunity to use HONEST A/C to do an A/C system change out and they performed as promised, their technicians were professional, polite and knowledgeable and they left the job site clean and neat. Not to mention that their prices were very competitive.
After dealing with HONEST A/C were were completely satisfied and would deal with them again and recommend them for any air conditioning work.

I purchased a New AC unit in November - installation was complete except for UV Light. I called office several times with no positive response, however after placing a review my UV light was installed within a few hours. I was very pleased to see that this Company values the oppinion of it's customers That indicates that Management understands that the customer's experience with it's staff is the Marketing tool most consumers value. Bought the unit last year from Honest and it has been working great all year. They actually called me for a free annual checkup. Oscar came and everything is still working great like new. I am completely satisfied with Honest.

They have excellent promotions, the attention of the technicians was immediate. The technician went to my house the same day that I asked for an estimate by phone, and once they took the measurements they sent me a quote, very good price for quality and service, I was super satisfied, I already have new air in my house :)

Awful service. I first signed up to have a new a/c unit put in. Decided the next day to cancel the appointment and wanted my deposit back. The lady stated my appointment was cancelled. I received a call the day before the appointment to confirm and i told The guy Elias that the appointment was cancelled. He cursed me out saying “what the f&@- you want, and kept cursing and yelling” saying i will not get a better price anywhere. i just hung up the phone. I am so glad i did not go with this company. Buyers beware

Oh my God finally cold air!! I have nothing but blessings to wish this company. I've been 2 months with no air and when I saw their prices I realized I can finally afford a new ac joseph came over with a big smile and gave me a few options gave me a great price we signed up and the next day kieth showed up to install it. Great worker very clean thank you guys I will recommend you guys to my church members.
