Man where do i begin, Mr Elvin was on time, contacted me prior to appt time to confirm with me, gave me his estimated time
Of arrival and was here dead on time. He was thorough, attentive, extremely professional and even more so than that he educated me on a few things and guided me on options to improve the quality of our air here at the farm. I am beyond thankful and grateful. I would absolutely recommend this company and Mr Elvin to anyone who needs these services.

I called when the AC in my tenants Villa was not working. They’re great tenants and I hated to think they were uncomfortable in this heat… I called and was able to secure a same-day appointment. Olvin serviced the AC and I put a one-year service plan in place for a great price. Thanks for the quick response Olvin!!!

Ariano, and the company was very responsive and communicated well prior and during the visit. Ariano, was very knowledgeable and you can tell he worked in the field and repair side because of it.

Woodley Pierre was professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough cleaning out mold and flushing the lines in our A/C units in preparation for the summer. Highly recommend!

Sam Rosado was knowledgeable, professional and competent. He fixed my air conditioner and explained how to adjust the thermostat. I felt comfortable communicating with him and asking questions.

Mr. Israel Gomez was awesome! Explained everything to us so we could understand. Extremely knowledgeable well priced can't say enough about this company.

Not worth the $149.
My AC was working fine and all I wanted is a tune up. I feel as if I got to drain the AC pan and blow the AC drain. An AC tune up requires more than that.
Tech didn’t come prepared, nor did he do much or even explain anything. He is poorly trained.

Robert was on time, friendly, efficient, helpful and informative! He explain the issue with the AC unit, fixed the problem and offered a reasonable maintenance plan to avoid future issues. I highly recommend.

The technician was phenomenal. Answered all of my questions regarding my HVAC system to prolong the life of the system. Also let me know to save up for a new one or repair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them out again to work.

I have been using One Hour Air and Sam for over 10 years… They are the best.. Sam is so helpful and gets the job done the RIGHT way… I will always recommend this company and Sam to anyone searching for the BEST A/C company EVER!!
