What a wonderful experience! Many times in stressful situations like a broken AC in the summer you never know what you’re going to get but this was amazing service! The tech (Sam) arrived quickly, was so friendly, patient, professional and explained the whole process to me so I understood what needed to be done. He clearly loves his job and it shows. Top notch service and reasonable price too!
