They answered the phone late night, sent someone over first thing in the morning and put us in priority because we were leaving on a vacation. Robert was extremely knowledgeable. Fixed our problem to get us out the door and made great recommendations for after we return. Thanks for saving our vacation!
I called this company at 11:50 at night and someone answered, listened to me, and scheduled my service for the next day. CC, the service technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and returned the next day to complete the work. He was nice and clearly explained the issue to me. I was so happy that asked him to come back to sign me up for the company's care service. This company and CC resolved an ongoing issue that I had been dealing with from February to October. The last company I dealt with came out 7 times during this period, but the air kept shutting off. The other company also kept me waiting for them from 1p until 6 p. This company gave me a two-hour window and showed up exactly when promised.

I have a contract with this company. They installed my Ac system about 3 years ago. Well nothing last for ever and my condenser blew. This company sent the greatest service man I have ever had do work on my home. he explained everything and could not have been any nicer. Everything was covered under warranty. Unfortunately it took a few days to get the part but that was not there fault. I highly recommend 1 hour air conditioning company.
I called for service because my ac went out and I had used One Hour Ac one other time to replace a capacitor. The tech came and told me the replacement part was a $3000 fan motor in air handler. I had an 11 year old Goodman unit with a variable speed fan motor and those fans cost more. Anyway I kind of wanted to get a quote for a new unit anyway. His quote was simply a chart with no model number information or itemization on it. It simply had different package name options on it like premium, etc. It was also over 13,000 for a 3 ton ac. He told me they only install Carrier brand units and I could get something else, but it would be the same price. He was willing to discount it to closer to 9,000 if I decided that day to go with them. I was honest and told him that his company was the first quote I received and I had other quote appointments scheduled. He said fine, but then I would have to deal with their install inspector which would be more money and a higher quote unless of course I called his cell number directly. That afternoon, I received two other quotes of around 6,000 for Rheem systems. So unless you want to deal with a car salesman who is overcharging you or maybe you specifically think the Carrier brand is worth double the cost, then would go with an honest company like Cool Air USA. The fan motor was $1000 not the $3000 that the tech told me by the way. I gave them two stars because they were on time and did seem like they would provide good service if I was willing to overpay.
