Txt was sent tech on his way at 7:50am. Time window for service 8am to 10am. Waited, no show. Got a 2nd text asking how tech service was, since tech blew me off - I can’t comment - I called company and customer service said tech wrote in notes - “he called with no answer & knocked on my door” this is totally untrue - tech never called and never showed - my home office faces my front yard, no truck, no show and lied on notes. The company had their apologies & tried to resend another tech but I blocked my morning hours to be available for AC tech, waste of time - if you are a busy & have little time to spare, don’t bother with company

Asked come service my split unit. "Tech" was trying to sell me a new unit before even turning my unit on. Asked to leave. Lesson learned, shop local, this company is just trying to upsell.

Elton Mangal is the best he is very nice and professional he fixed the problem not like other guy same company charged me extra even tho I have warranty and still have same issue.
