Technician was experienced, knowledgeable and very personable. He spent a lot of time doing maintenance and explained everything done to me with photos. He was extremely thorough, making me feel very comfortable as well as making me feel like a valued customer.
To sum it all up, I could not have asked for any more than what Clenes performed, plus his great attitude. I already booked my next appointment and requested him for it,
I've had this service since the installation of my unit their techs do a through job every time. They also honor their warranty on service, and their dependable.

The guys showed up installed the AC unit and air handler. They were very professional and got the job done quickly, cleaned up and were gone in less than 4 hours, electrician came and inspected the electrical and deemed everything is good. Just waiting on a receipt, and filters

The company is very professional and timely. The process from booking to payment was super easy. I needed an estimate done on a possible leak, and the professional was on time and honest with his diagnosis. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a plumber to come give an estimate. Not only were they an hour and a half late, they have an extremely expensive quote. $1200 to replace a basic toilet. I guess I’ll be using Home Depot and YouTube.

The system was installed just two days after we accepted the quote and the installers were friendly and respectful of our home. However, after the new unit was installed we had concerns about noises coming from the ducts. The installers were not overly responsive and said to contact the office to have a repair technician sent out if the noises continued.

Service was very fast and I don’t even know what they checked. I am waiting for the description with the invoice.. service inside did not take nor even 5 minutes and then outside Maybe 10 or 15 minutes …

My shower cartridge needed to be replaced. I scheduled my appointment with ease and my assigned technician (Jason) arrived early. He was extremely polite, efficient and very respectful of my property. He also did an impressive job training his shadow. Overall, I was very pleased with my latest experience with Lindstrom.
