Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing

We have been a customer of Lindstrom for many years. Today, our AC stopped working mid-afternoon. The associate at Lindstrom was able to fit in a service call within 2 hours. The repair tech, Angel Class, arrived when promised, professionally diagnosed and repaired the problem and had our AC quickly working again. Couldn't be happier and we expect to be a loyal Lindstrom customer for years to come.

The office staff was able schedule an earlier appointment to repair my A/C in less than a day. The technician diagnosed the issue and had the A/C up a running in 15 minutes. Great service!

Late night bathroom flood of water. Immediate live person phone response when I called Lindstrom around 12:30 a.m.! Excellent customer service contact by Patsy early daytime to confirm. Plumber Johan was extremely thorough and meticulous as he inspected every plumbing area outside and inside the house. Problem detected and resolved. Issues explained by Plumber, very personable and professional. From beginning to end an outstanding plumbing experience in every way. Thank you, Lindstrom Plumbing!!

I called and got an appt for 1 pm. Excellent, but gets better! I got a call that the tech finushed earlier and is on his way!
Good follow up, and management. Let's hope they ahow up monday on time to do the job

Called for this problem on Wednesday about 1 am , and spoke to Steve the dispatcher on call , and he promised me that I will have a technician here between 11am and 1pm on Wednesday 06/28/2023. I called to confirm that a service call was scheduled, and was told that no call was scheduled. I spoke to Sabrina that confirmed my call with Steve , but told me that no service call was scheduled even though I was told differently.
I am very disappointed with this situation . I feel that some one in your organization needs to investigate what caused the problem , and left a long time customer upset , and disappointed. This has no reflection on the service technician that was here today. This refers to the above situation.

Best service and customer service. They were fast and able to come out immediately on a Saturday. The guy who came out to the bar above and beyond. Was super friendly, and extremely helpful. We will definitely be using you again.

We have used Lindstrom for years now, and they have always been prompt and professional. Having a reliable A/C company at your service, is a must living here in, South Florida…

Had an A/C system maintenance and a UV light installed. The UV light install was not up to par. Talked to manager Heath and he dispatched a supervisor, Germaine, the same day of our call.

Do not use this Company. I used them a few years ago with positive results. This is not the same company. They went right from a brief incorrect service call to speed dialing sales for 75.00?
Twice the price estimate. for a repair another company ended up fixing in 15 minutes after waiting all day and several useless phone calls with Lindstom, only to be told they would not do any other A/C repair work (duct/thermostat) if I didn’t go for their expensive sale. Total waste of time and money.

New ac system installed Removed all of the old equipment Compressor Handler and thermostat. Installed a whole new system did a great job. Neat and clean better than new. Great team who did a perfect job. Very happy
