5 Star company! Lindstrom Air really proved themselves to be an A+ company. They replaced our ac coil under warranty no questions asked. They came out Saturday ordered the new coil and by Tuesday morning were back to replace it. The technician Bill was excellent and very professional. Great customer service. Definitely #1 for any air conditioner or plumbing work.

Had my air conditioner installed 2 years ago with a brand new Carrier unit. Today it's blowing hot air and won't shut off. Lindstrom is coming out Saturday to look at it. At 2 years old this better be covered under warranty and out cost me a dime. We'll see. I'll post an update with how well Lindstrom took care of its customer.

First, the dispatcher put me on hold forever, and then answers the telephone line, forgetting who he was speaking. Then they sent me a confirmation text message saying my appointment is between 3pm and 5pm the following day and then when I’m speaking an employee the next day she is persistent that it is between 1-3pm which one is it? An be prepared for them to tell you that it’s too much of a job that they don’t want to do the work. With a work ethic like their employees. I’m glad they’re not doing my job. I’d rather give my money to someone who deserves it.

They replaced the whole AC Central System by doing excellent work. The installers were very professional.Also, the seller was very knowledgeable and he advised us and responded to all our questions.

We had an issue with our sink in the kitchen leaking. We had Jason Steinberg, a field supervisor come out today. In a matter of 20 minutes he identified the problem and fixed it immediately. He was a very good tech and very knowledgeable

Very helpful & took care of our issues quickly and thoroughly. It's too hot here in Soflo to be without AC for very long.

Ours went out on a Sunday and we were up and running by midday the next day. So thankful to have cool air again!

Our hot water heater died so I called lindstrom - so glad I did! They gave me a same appointment. Jason Steinberg was our tech. He was awesome. Explained why our 20 year old water heater couldn’t be fixed and then explained the different alternatives that we could replace it with. He then arranged for them to do it TODAY. How awesome! I truly appreciate how diligent and helpful he was. I don’t know if they allow you to request techs or not but I would definitely ask for him.

We have been using Lindstrom Air for over 20 years. Have purchased several AC units from them and they have always provided the most professional service and stand behind their work and products they sell !!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Lindstrom A/C & Plumbing on West McNab Road for my a/c maintenance. I’ve had very good experiences both times. Their technicians are very professional, kind and patient. Even the person I scheduled the appointment with on the phone was very nice.

William (Bill) did my most recent maintenance and he was remarkable. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or rushed, plus, he had a great attitude, which helps a great deal! Thank you Bill.

Have been using Lindstom for 7 years now for our AC needs and they have always been terrific. Our water heater just went out and based on my experience they were my first call. We had an 80 gallon water heater and it needed to be replaced. I was at work and they called to say we no longer carry 80 gallon Rheem heaters however we recommend installing a 50 gallon with a booster which will be the equivalent. The cost was $3200 to install both. While I thought that seemed very high I trusted them based on past experiences with Lindstrom. After work I checked on prices for a 50 gallon Rheem tank and booster. That tanks run $700 at most and the booster $300-400. The charge from Lindstom for booster was $1200 and $2000 for the heater installed. Expensive lesson learned on my end. While I appreciate that they were on time and professional, certainly feel ripped off from a pricing perspective.

Every employee that I had contact with, from the telephone call to the switch board to schedule the service call (6:15 A.M.) to obtaining the quote to the actual installation, was extremely professional. This one particular quality is hard to find in today's business climate. Installers appeared to be knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and did not leave a mess behind. Also, another quality which is hard to find. Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing will definitely be performing the installation of a new A/C unit in my residence. Thank you.
