Requested Service via online Portal on a Saturday early evening. Somehow, able to schedule a Tech for 8 - 9am on the following (Sunday) morning. Scheduled, only to be notified the following morning I would have to book a time however could get one that morning. Price quoted for drain clog significantly higher than expected, in a bind I agreed to have it restored. Later that day in a review of the bill see I was charged for a Service not requested (Camera inspection) and was livid. Spoke to Lindstrom (Patsy) who was helpful in having that charge reversed. While customer Service was great, most likely would not use again based on cost for repairs.

Brandon came to fix a pipe on the outside of my house today. He did an amazing job. He was on time, very nice, and very professional. Lindstrom air has great employees, but Brandon went above and beyond. Thank you.

I got few estimates to replace my AC in my townhouse. These guys gave me the best deal for the exactly same unit others offered $2K more. Everything went very quickly from estimate to install. Val was excellent with communicating with me as far as paperwork and final install. Installing crew lead by Saul came on time and haven't stopped for 4 hours until my AC was installed. Tony and Albert did a amazing job paying attention to details and also kept everything clean.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this company!

Alvin came on time, was so precise in his evaluation and repair. He kept rechecking to make sure my unit was working properly. I’ve never had my air conditioner worked on as thoroughly as he did. When he was finished he asked for some rags to clean up the water that had gotten on the floor. He was outstanding.

I was without AC for over a month, and I was very miserable. I contacted several companies, but none could find the right AC. My friend recommended Lindstrom Air, and I couldn't have been happier. As far as professionalism and cleanliness are concerned, Michael, Luis, and Alejandro provided excellent service. Throughout the installation process, they were at the top of the list. They worked tirelessly to install the AC. Lindstrom Air is highly recommended because they hire the best workers (Michael, Luis, and Alejandro) who deliver great service.

Our AC stopped working yesterday afternoon. Our condensate line was clogged. We called Lindstrom, got an appointment for next day which happened to be Saturday. I am writing this review cool and comfortable after a very successful service. The Technician also told us what we could do to avoid this issue in the future. We have been very happy with Lindstrom.

Excellent customer service. Professional and friendly service men. I tried another company that gave me the run around when it came to finding an appropriate water heater for the space allotted. So glad this company made a difference. Thank you for your efficiency!

This is a great company and they did an excellent job! The technician who serviced my A/C was professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. I think his name was Dennis. I have used two other A/C companies in the past with mixed results but I plan to stick with Lindstrom in the future for all my A/C needs.
