Jason came out to assist with a plumbing repair. He was timely, polite, and honest in his assessment of the issue. Most importantly, he made the repair with excellent efficiency and quality of work. Highly recommend Jason from Lindstrom!

Steve the tech was very professional and courteous, explained everything. Fixed the AirCondition issue quickly.
But Lindstrom took 3 days to send out a technician, they are under staffed.

Wayne came to diagnose a problem with my A/C not keeping the temperature. Was able to find the Refrigerant leak right away when another company wanted to do a dye test and make me pay more for that and another day of the A/C not cooling properly and constantly running. So happy I now have a membership with Lindstrom as their service was professional and timely. This helped me save money on the repair too. I also appreciate they let you know who is coming with photo and bio and that all techs are subject to background checks. I am happy and cool and will recommend them to all my homeowners!

From the moment I called Lindstrom for an emergency service and spoke with Patsy to the completion of the repairs done by Diego Bezerra, I found this company to be top notch!!!!! Courteous, empathetic, professional and knowledgeable are just some of the words that best describe my experience with them. I will NEVER use Lindstrom AC again. I purchased a new AC system in 2020 from Lindstrom with the promise of same day service. AC broke today (Wed) and the soonest they can come out is Sun (4 days later) in the summer heat. I then called Airworx which gave me an appt same day and they also honor my warranty. Reply to owner - Thanks for your canned response. I tried to reach out and your service dept said 4 days was the best they can do. The same thing happened to my neighbor a few months ago. It seems to be standard practice and since I've mentioned it on social media sites, others have voiced the same. I also called Steve, my salesman, no answer. By the way, Airworx had my system up and running by 2pm today (same day). That is what I expected from Lindstrom.

Missy in customer service was very professional, kind and a perfect problem solver! My tech Sam is a jewel of an AC tech!! I called 2 other companies who could not find the problem. Sam went directly to the cause of the malfuntion!! He explained it and showed it to me!!! He also set me up for a follow up tune up. I guess as the saying goes, I saved the BEST (call) for last! Thank you Lindstrom!

Great experience, tech explained at length on what should be done on a recurring basis to maintain system. Will be returning in 6 months to check stored value to new ones to insure everything working properly

The technician was experience and the problem was found quite quick, but the price charged to replace a gas filter and fill the gas to the system was way too high. The service took 02 hours and the charge was U$ 988.00 , which was almost the double of any other AC services in the area. It does not make sense to use the Lindstrom services mainly if you have purchased a new AC from them as I did. Look for other services

We have had Lindstrom work on our AC units since we moved into our new home. The service they provide is good but in this particular case we have to give a special shout-out to their technician Clenes A. He was outstanding, thorough, detailed and clear with his explanations. It was one of the best service calls that we have had with the company thus far.

I just had an installation of a new a/c unit and my technician Tom Alexis and his crew did and excellent job. Definitely top notch! His technical skills with his customer service skills is unmatched.
