I’m blown away by Lindstorm’s service! I called on July 4th and soonest service was the 6th. Luckily I followed up to confirm on July 5; and was able to get same day service! I am not only impressed by their customer service but also their knowledgeable technician, Salvador. He very nice and was quick to identify the issue. Salvador got to
Work and quickly fixed. I am very thankful for him and his team especially since I’m 9 months pregnant and expecting a baby any day now. This mama needed her AC asap. Thank you Lindstorm!

It was a great experience with Lindstrom Air Conditioning. They prepare us by sending an email with the technician's picture and bio. He (Damon) was professional and quite proficient in his expertise. He found the issue and fixed it within a reasonable amount of time. We had a plumbing emergency that was backing up sewage into our home through all toilets and showers. Anthony diagnosed the issue quickly and made sure we would have a tech ASAP. The next day Diego came early and got straight to work cleaning our main sewer line after confirming Anthony’s findings. He was meticulous and checked all toilets and drains multiple times to ensure the clog was cleared. Water is running smoothly down all drains now and no more backup. Very personable and professional technician.

This company was professional from start to finish. My ac went out and they came the same day to give me estimates on a new system. The price was reasonable and fair. Two days later they came out to install. The guys were respectful, clean, and explained everything thoroughly. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.

So my husband was out of town on Sunday on an emergency and one of his solar customers had a water heater leak which she thought he could help her with. When he said he wouldn’t be back in town till the next day she called Lindstrom to come look at it. A technician came to the home, told the customer that my husband’s installation and electrical work was completely messed up. He didn’t fix the leaky valve on the water heater, which had nothing to do with my husband’s solar installation and then charged her $170 to do nothing and insult a product in her home. It was a relatively easy fix but he left her with a leaky water heater and $170 poorer. I think that’s very unprofessional and will be happy to return the favor when we’re in clients’ homes

They do maintenance on my system twice a year. On Wednesday 4/5/2023 it was done and when he finished my system no longer worked. I had to leave for vacation the next morning. They scheduled a "more experienced" tech to come out Friday 4/7/2023 between 1 and 5. I had a friend stay at the house, with no AC in south Florida and the tech arrived at 5:45. Late. That tech determined that it was the blower motor and it would cost $600 to fix, I told them to do it. They could only schedule on Saturday between 12:00 and 2:00 but I had no one to watch the house and wait for them. I had them reschedule for Monday when I returned from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. he was supposed to be the first call. He showed up at 11:00 a.m., took apart the blower tried to remove the motor but couldn't because he didn't have the right tool. He said he ordered the tool yesterday but it won't be here till Wednesday or Thursday so they wanted to reschedule this installation for Friday and I said no. They contacted another technician who came out with the proper tool but ended up not needing it and was able to get the motor out without it. So the tech at the house replaced the motor put the assembly back together and put it back in the unit and connected all the wiring and it still did not work. The tech did further testing and found that it was the condensation pump was triggered to turn off the unit in error. I had an old unit that was replace a few years ago because I was told it was bad. I kept the old unit because it turned out that wasn't the issue at that time. He installed the old pump and the unit started working. But I still get charged $612 for the new blower motor which was not needed and they took the old one which worked. As he drove out of the driveway the unit turned off. The setting was at 70° and the temperature in the house was 83°. I do not know why it turned itself off. After the 5 minute wait, it came back on and it's still running for now.

Update. Received a call and was offered an acceptable resolution to this issue. April 11, 2023.
