I haven't had the air cond on since 10 mnths ago. I ordered a check up July 26 and guy went to thermostat and said you need new batteries and asked do I have batteries. I handed him 2 new batteries. I would think that since I'm paying $55 for a check up - that should include 2 AA batteries. When he checked the rooftop unit he said your ------? (solinoid?) is "chattering". I asked is that something that needs replacing because it can wear out the whole system. He said it could last 5 years more or not. So I declined to have it replaced for $150 - but left wondering if that was accurate advise! He said I didn't need refrigerant. Not too confident the unit was apprised expertly..

First, I booked an appointment by phone. They had a selection of days for me to select from. She explained their service plan. Twice a year for my maintenance checkup. If needed I can call any time. I like a company who is there for you.
The servicemen called to let me know when he would be arriving. He was pleasant to talk to an addressed any questions I had. I felt very comfortable with his service. So glad I selected Treasure Coast Air Conditioning 😊

I called at 10:30 on a Friday night because my elderly grandmother was having trouble with her ac system. Tyler answered the phone. He was very professional and arrived on location within 30 minutes which was impressive! I felt bad for having him fix it on a Friday night like that but my grandmother is 80 years old and can't take the summer heat. Tyler had it fixed in no time. We're signing up for the yearly maintenance plan after this because treasure coast ac was so easy to work with.

I called for a tuneup, uv bulb replacement, and inquired about having the evaporator coil pulled and cleaned. Luke came out and was extremely professional, and did a fast job. He was also honest and said the evaporator cool didn’t need to be pulled and cleaned. He cleaned it in place. The uv bulb has to be ordered, so they’ll be back to do that. Their price was very good and I’m quite satisfied with my experience with this AC company. I highly recommend. Thanks so much your help Treasure Coast Air Conditioning. They’re all you would want to enjoy in a professional business experience. They answer the phone ( sounds simple enough but too often anymore seems difficult ). They showed up on time and gave updates on when they would arrive. The work was done well and timely. And we’re very clean and courteous in the work. They had to make repairs to work done by other AC companies but did not complain. I would highly recommend using Treasure Coast Air.

Wayne was very thorough, very friendly and explained each task to me as he was doing them. He was also right on time and let me know when he was on his way.

David was amazing. He was running behind and called to let us know and was able to get our AC up and running within minutes. Highly recommend!

I’ve hired other companies in the past and not really happy with them. So I had this company come out and this will be the company I use from now on. The most important thing is that they were honest, thorough and professional. I definitely recommend them

Very responsible, informative, keep you apprised scheduling, on time and Wayne the tech is very knowledgeable and very nice 👍😇 Wayne explained issues very clearly and I did not understand the warranty on my AC and he was very helpful.
