Repaired the off line "smart" thermostat and preventative maintenance of the A/C system. Wayne was very informative and professional.

Once again , a refrigerant issue!! This system is awful. Not long ago I had to wait days w/o air now AGAIN!! This time for one week. And if I need refrigerant , I HAVE TO PAY for it. That is awful service from you. This unit is not old, I will never recommend this company.

David was great! He got to my area earlier so called me and we were able to meet earlier and get my A/C working again. He found that it was the Capacitor. He fixed it. He replaced the vent and took the time to clean all around it and then on top of that, swept the floor afterward. I was pleased with his professionalism and taking the time to clean up after himself. David was very personable. He gave me the measurements for the filters again. I am pleased that David generally works the area where I live.

David was wonderful! He diagnosed my problem and explained every step he took with me!
