I have used Florida Breeze for 12 years for my HVAC maintenance. When I needed a new system, there was no doubt I would use Florida Breeze. Their prices are very fair. Installers arrived on time and started to work immediately. They were friendly, polite and very efficient. Their clean up was amazing. When the left my home, the only way to know they were there is my shiny, new HVAC unit. THANK YOU FLORIDA BREEZE!

Gary and is team from Florida Breeze AC did an excellent job job on replacing my 3 ton AC unit. They rebuilt the return box, they deleted an old line that was in the garage, installed the new 16 Seer unit inside and out replaced the new thermostat. Gary was wonderful answering questions and they got the job done within one day.

Corey from Florida Breeze visited our home to help us figure out what was wrong with our AC unit and make a recommendation. He was extraordinarily professional, efficient, and a great person to work with. Solved it quickly! Would highly recommend him.

Had Florida Breeze install brand new AC system. They installed a faulty thermostat and refused to come up with a solution to satisfy both parties.

I offered many different solutions but they would rather do nothing and leave a customer unsatisfied than come out and fix the problem.

One potential solution I gave them was to refund me the money for the thermostat and install a more expensive one with me paying the difference. They wanted to charge me an 80 dollar service fee on top of that..even though they installed a system that didn't work properly.

I overlooked the installers refusing to take the old concrete pad even though they were supposed to, but coupled with this new problem and the unwillingness to fix it, makes me not recommended Florida Breeze.

There's many air conditioning companies in Florida, I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want fair service and reliable products.

I purchased one of there Goodman units in May. I was
hesitant about purchasing the unit not knowing anything about the Goodman name or knowing anyone who has owned one.The price was such a good deal that I figured I would role the dice on this one. I should have went with my gut on this decision. Less than a week ago I heard a awful noise coming from the unit outside. Based off of the sound the unit was making I called and scheduled for a technician to come out and examine the unit. Tuesday upon his examination the technician tells me that the motor is bad and he will need to order a new one. Less than 6months and the motor is needing to be replaced already. Although most units come with a small warranty for a few years my wife and I choose to get the extended warranty from this company. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a AC unit to do your homework and buy a quality unit. It is now Friday morning and I have not heard from the company about when the part will be coming in for install. If you are buying your unit from this company make sure you get the extended warranty. If the motor went bad already can only imagine what problems await us down the road. SMH

The best service in Brevard county, FL for you A/C needed. I called different companies and since it's a Holiday weekend, they charge with extra service fee plus charge per hour of working...
A quick response call back from Robert, a service technician, and he came within the time promised. Very honest and excellent service. They only charged for one time service fee plus replacement parts.
I recommend this company over any others.

Air was blowing hot air, called them and Mark came out earlier then expected (wow). Knew exactly what was wrong, explained everything and fixed our problem. Checked all our vents and gave us suggestions for the future. Easy fix and now my house is nice and cool. Mark is very informative and an asset to your company.
