Having an HVAC system replaced was dreaded until we spoke with Florida Breeze. The response was same day. The whole system work up was done the next day. The install crew was totally professional, hard working, efficient, and cleaned up all of the mess. Cowboy & Rick took time to explain what was going on and answered all questions. The office staff was prompt and polite providing all the resources we needed. A totally first class operation from start to finish and provided at a very reasonable price. We just lost heat on Christmas early morning. We called them and were told a technician would call us. After 5 hours in a cold house in the middle of a cold snap we called another company and their tech was here within the hour. So today, a Florida breeze tech shows up. Just shows up. No call, no text, no email. Won't use them ever again. BS on the 24/7 emergency service they claim to have

Prompt service on non-functional system. The tech (Jason) ID’d a minor part on the motor to replace. But he didn’t stop there! Cleared the condensate line & noted the furnace filter’s correct size (my mistake), so…as fast as a hobo on a sandwich, the A/C is running at peak efficiency. Would recommend & use the again w/o hesitation! Thanks!!!

It was time to replace my original 12-year-old system, as I'd had 3 breakdowns with it this year, one of which was the compressor which was a full miserable week in 90+ degree weather in September when the temps were still high. I decided that was it. Florida Breeze came highly recommended to me, and I could see why from the beginning. Ned came by to assess my home, check out my current unit, and give me some options for my new system. I could tell I was dealing with an honest company from the beginning, as Ned asked me if I wanted a dual compressor or single compressor unit. I asked him what he recommended. While he could have stated he'd recommend a dual compressor, he did the opposite, he asked me a couple questions about my home and current "comfort level" with my current system, and said they would be glad to sell me a dual compressor system, but that he didn't feel I needed it. That's the kind of salesmen I like. We got the details worked out, the paperwork was in my email the following day to sign, and the installers were there the following week to do the install. My installers were Cowboy and Rick. I could tell from the start that these guys knew their trade. They were courteous, efficient, and not to mention just cool and personable (no pun intended on the cool), and showed up with the city permit in hand. They worked in sync as though they'd done 1,000 installs together (and they probably have). The guys started about 0900 that morning, and didn't finish until about 1540 that day, because they don't rush, they take their time, and do the job right the first time, and are very meticulous. Once they got the new system running, Cowboy sat me down and we went over all of the paperwork and such, and he showed me how to work the new thermostat. Just quality customer service, top to bottom. The guys stayed for a bit and did a recheck of the system after it had run for a bit just to make sure all was in order, and it was. Florida Breeze offers an extended labor warranty (along with the built in 10-year parts and 1 year labor warranty) which I purchased with my system, and that price was very reasonable. The entire thing was great from start to finish. Great service, great speed, great pricing, and just an overall great experience. I highly recommend Florida Breeze for all of your A/C needs!

I highly recommend using Florida Air & Breeze for any AC needs. Our technician (Corey) has been great over the last couple weeks. Our evaporator coil sprung a leak and he was very methodical in finding the source and reason. The conclusion was to replace the unit, so a new one was ordered. The scheduling and constant communication were superb and very accommodating.
I'm just glad this all happened in the cooler months and not the middle of Florida summer.

The salesman Shawn was very helpful and professional. He gave me a thorough overview of what my home needed as far as a unit and then gave me several options. I felt no pressure to pick most expensive. He explained what each unit did and the warranties on them. Very kind and price was half of what other companies were charging for same install of unit. Technicians, Cowboy and Rick, were friendly and efficient and left area cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend this company!

Their service response time and ability to diagnose system problem is very good. However their cost for parts, testing and visit is a little above average. Additionally, it takes them too long to get repair parts and then schedule work. They seem to push a little to replace entire A/C system when repair cost is half of new system. I was actually surprised that their cost for a new system was very reasonable- less than $6000, including labor. Other companies wanted $8K. Nevertheless, I went with a different company, primarily because of total repair cost and they could get my AC fixed 5 days instead of two weeks.
