AC went out Sunday morning. They were not able to get a tech out until Monday but Mark called me and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and walk me through how to fix it. Free of charge! Great customer service. Will absolutely be using them Again moving forward.

I had them install a brand new Goodman A/C about a year and a half ago. And since it’s been installed about 2 months ago it went out and it’s supposed to have a 10 year warranty but I had to pay. And now it’s out again. A new A/C shouldn’t go out twice in a year and a half. Especially when it’s hot as hell outside.

Our Maintenance professional Tom was quick, friendly, and really went above and beyond in his service today! would highly recommend Florida breeze to anyone due to Toms genuine willingness to help me with my thermostat questions.

Bought my unit brand new in 2013. It's never worked for a longer than a year at a time. Already have had 3 coils installed @ $600/each and it's broke again. I waited nearly 3 months for the last replacement coil to be installed.
To make matters worse I discover it when my air return handler fills with water and I hear subtle drips of water in the hallway. The float switch has never prevented the air return handler from flooding.
Replacement air filters are delivered monthly to my house and I regularly clean the drain line to ensure there is no build up with bleach, hot water and a shop vac. Cost of ownership has been $1,250 per year based on current expenses so far.
Each service call results in the unit looking worse than it did before. Don't hire this company unless you pay for a 10 year parts and labor warranty, because you'll definitely need it.

Air Conditioner failed during the night and we called Florida Breeze. They were here by lunch and found the unit had shorted. It was promptly repaired and inspected and was working. Very responsive and professional company.

Sam was our technician. Very friendly and funny. He used his 30years of experience to quickly diagnose and repair the AC issues (bad capacitor, clogged drain line, dirty filter). He then inspected the Freon and afterwards went through the entire house inspecting the vent flows and adjusted the fan blower to increase output. Sam went above and beyond - highly recommend him.

I called three AC repair companies this morning, one of which being Florida Breeze. Of the other two, one was seemingly put out by having to take my call, and the other said they had an install and would try to fit me in. Both were supposed to call me back. Florida Breeze answered immediately, very pleasant on the phone, the technician called back within an hour. He was able to fit me in at 10 am and by 11 am, I was back in business, all before the other two companies had even called me back. They have my business (both personal and our company) from now on. Kyle was awesome and explained everything, and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need.

These guys are fantastic... AC Fan Motor failed during hurricane Dorian and their tech was out in about a hour and had the blower changed and back up in less than a hour. Competent and fast with what i needed on the truck really impressed me especially during a storm... Great Service and Reasonable prices make these guys a great choice...

My 85 year old Mother was having issues with her AC system so I contacted Florida Breeze and Mr. Kelly was very helpful, He sent a tech ( Gary ) out to check her system and he was just wonderful. He was very fair, informative, professional, polite and patient with my Mothers questions, he checked a few things, advised my Mom on what he thought was the problem. As it turned out Gary was spot on correct and now she has no more issues. Very pleasant, reassuring experience. We will from this point on call Florida Breeze. If you ever have ANY A/C issues I very HIGHLY recommend Florida Breeze. C Childs and C Dyer

To set the stage for our foray into the realm of purchasing two complete units. Our two story house is 12 years old and we have maintained the current units, having spent $1500 or so maintaining them the past 3 years. Our upstairs unit stopped cooling optimally and we had a tech from another company, who we have been using for maintenance, diagnose. There was probably a leak and we decided enough was enough. It was time to completely replace both units while we were still cooling the house and could go through the process with full auditions of multiple companies.
We had a 2 1/2 ton unit downstairs and a 3 ton unit upstairs and that is pretty much ALL I knew about our system. When a customer is ready to drop $12,000 or more for complete systems the speed that the sales people respond to your request for an estimate is blinding. We brought out a Carrier dealer, a Daikin dealer, a Goodman dealer, and a Trane dealer in that order. Florida Breeze was the 3rd in line and presented the Goodman line.
During this time I did a lot of research and found that we wanted two 16 Seer systems that were dual stage. The overwhelming research said that the units themselves were all pretty comparable and you want to hire based on service and installation experience. "How in the heck can I glean this after a simple sales call?", I said to myself.
This is where Ned, the salesman, set himself apart and began answering that question for me. As a salesman, Ned was affable, knew his trade, understood his product, and brought detailed insight that was lacking by any other sales person. We were considering upping the tonnage for both units and he brought up points to consider, listened to my banal questions, and explained the ins and outs of what we could expect. Ned was the first person to discuss the need for increasing pipe size from 3/4 to 7/8 for a 4 ton unit and his ability to relate to a common home owner was amazing. This was only the beginning.
The first estimate we received from our current maintenance company was what I was leaning toward. Ned asked me to see the estimate and exclaimed what a great deal it was. He stated that he would take it to his boss and would like to try to beat it. Ned came back with two estimates that were very competitive. What set these estimates apart was the level of detail and obvious time taken to work them up. Not a thing was missed and I felt like I had a planning sheet so I could make sure to know exactly what I would be getting at every level of the products. A side note. Florida Breeze was the only company that said running new pipes was not a huge issue and could be done. The other companies, once I brought up Ned's information about pipe size, responded with answers ranging from oh sure we could do that too, that would be difficult to do with the two story house, to there is no way we can do that.
The choice was made. Ned won my business. He continued to follow-through with coming to my office to sign papers for permits and generally communicate well through the entire process.
The installers were prompt and there were 3 vehicles that arrived. The lead installer was great and saw the day through to the very end. It was a long day of work 9:30 - 6:30 give or take. They yanked out the old systems, refurbished the spaces inside, ran the pipes, installed the new units, added a new AC vent in the ceiling, and demonstrated the product. Everything was done very clean and if new systems can be 'beautiful' then this qualifies. Very well done.
The last interaction I had was to schedule an inspection and I called the main number to schedule this. They set up the inspection and the city of Palm Bay came out yesterday. Everything checked out.
Our house is cool and I have to believe we will see such a budget change by upgrading to 2018 units from the prior 2006 units.
One point I missed bringing out was the incomparable warranty. It compared to the first estimate but wound up costing us so much less. We look forward to 10 years on parts and labor for the system.
