Jason has serviced our regular A/C system several times now, and is always polite, thorough, and ready to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend Southern Air if you are looking for a new unit or repairs.

Our technician was Lavarus and he performed our semi-annual maintenance of our AC/HVAC system. He was very professional and pleasant to interact with. He was knowledgeable and explained every detail of services he performed and future repairs we would need for summer. A+

Not only were these fellas on time, they were early and ready to work! David and Andrew got started right away, kept us informed and updated, fixed our issue quickly and cleaned up their area before leaving. Andrew even took the time to show us how to use our new wall unit. Awesome staff and awesome job!

Southern air was very responsive with communication and set up our repair appointment quickly.
Demare was professional, polite. He did a thorough evaluation and then let me know his findings and recommendations. He was able to do the repairs promptly and we have nice cold a/c again.
I believe Southern Air is quite pricey as a condenser fan, a contactor and two capacitors was $1500 including labor.
I looked up these parts online and they would cost about $200 total.
However, diagnostic service and prompt repair are very important when you need your a/c.

Our air conditioning repair job was completed today. Southern Air actually showed up a day early realizing that we were in a bit of a crisis having elderly people in the home with very high Florida temperatures so that is very much appreciated that they accommodated an earlier schedule. The AC is blowing ice cold our house is back to normal. Everything happened in very good time this company is very reliable and professional and I would highly recommend their service.
