I absolutely love southern air! I love how they stay in top of the maintenance of my AC unit they installed. They are professional, quick and efficient! I know I can trust them to keep my family cool in the summer time and warm in the winter! Robert is an awesome technician! Thanks southern air!

Our A/C went out overnight. We called as soon as Southern Air opened and the technician was out by lunchtime for a same day repair. We were so relieved! The technician was friendly and professional and walked us through each step of the repair.

Mr. Smith, Performed my six months tune up and he a very thorough and he fixed the rattling noise I was hearing after six years since Southern Air installed my new unit. Thank You Mr. Smith keep up the good work you are doing.

Justin Coats did an excellent job. He was timely, efficent, professional, thorough, and friendly. Justin found an issue with the main contactor that has been replaced multiple times. I am very pleased with Sohthern Air, and Justin Coats.

My A/C went out at the beginning of our second dose of pre-summer. I called Southern Air and they sent out Jamar Witt right away to take care of the problem. After thoroughly and professionally troubleshooting the rest of our system, he narrowed it down to a bad Nest thermostat that was calling for heating instead of cooling. He installed a new and much better thermostat and we're back to cooling.

After witnessing Jamar's professionalism and Southern Air's responsiveness, I decided to also sign up for a biennial maintenance plan for my 5 year old heat pump.

Jamar was very professional and personable. He answered my questions with alot of knowledge. He even rolled up my 100 ft hose! Lol. All in all, great service!
