Jamar W, was very patient with all of use questions and elaborated in great detail all of his responses. He did not feel hurried or pressured. I told him our goals and he tailored the service perfect. I want to have this guy as a fishing buddy, he was so personal. I felt like I was working with family. Absolutely recommend and absolute will use this company forever.

The technician’s last name was Smith and he did a very good job. He explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with my unit. He really showed that he cared and was a very good representative of southern air

We had Jamar. Not only was it a Sunday afternoon. plus fathers day. Jamar was very prompt, professional and over all great Tech. He kept us informed on things he was doing etc. Southern Air rocks, plain and simple. Having a Tech that was great and efficient, was awesome. We didn't feel pressured to do anything, he gave his thoughts and left it to us. Best part, my Mom lives with me, and when it's hot, she has a really hard time breathing. They even took that into account. For all your AC needs, please check with Southern Air!

Jeremy came to my house right on time in the morning, diagnosed my problem, went to the shop and made a game plan with some of his crew, and was back at my house within the hour to complete the job by days end. Everyone was nice and professional, they cleaned up after themselves and left me with no worries at all.

Beat service and always on time. Always available when every other company Qantas to have you wait days or weeks. The cost was very reasonable and the technicians are clean, professional and very personable.

Jamar came out on Saturday to take care of to take care of our HVAC unit that had stopped working during a thunderstorm. He had to check the outside unit during another thunderstorm, he never complained and always had smile. He was polite and courteous. Very pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend Southern Air.

When we moved to Florida and started using a heat pump we called on Southern Air to do our maintenance. We have never had to do a repair.
I was educated on care on our unit and given good advice.
I would always have them do our preventative maintenance.
