Robert came to perform routine maintenance on our AC unit. He was on time and very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. Southern Air has been wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who his looking for a new air conditioning service. Thanks Robert!

Every encounter I had with Southern Air has been a positive experience. They are honest folks and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to folks who need their HVAC serviced. Shout out to Demare who did a great job with explaining how the system works and answering the questions I had.

Very prompt on a holiday Saturday. Very pleasant, polite, explained and showed us what was wrong. Didn't push a new unit as only solution.

It’s Friday @ 2:00 came home to no AC. Honestly, I didn’t expect them to get anyone here today. They were professional on the phone, and had me scheduled at 5:00. Robert showed up and diagnosed it quick had us up and running! Highly recommend!

Southern Air quoted me $1,600 for a half day job which included a warrantied (free) part. I paid them for diagnosing the job, and waited 8 WEEKS WITHOUT A/C or Heat. So, Instead, I got it repaired for $640 by a large St. Augustine HVAC company who got the same part in 3 DAYS and won my business for years to come. I would not have written this review had they 1.) called me at least one time to update me in the 8 weeks that I waited, 2.) Apologized by Not charging me for the initial visit to make up for their poor customer service, 3.) Justified how they were charging $1,600 for a job that took one man to do, and no heavy equipment to haul to the job site. $1,600 in LABOR ONLY is like Hospital level fees.

We worked with Dustin who owns this company. We are definitely satisfied customers. He is very professional and definitely has great customer service experience. We definitely will use southern air for all our future issues.

Another well received scheduled bi-annual system maintenance from Southern Air and their technicians. First time that Jason K. has came to our residence for our preventive maintenance and the experience was quite pleasing. Jason was very proffesional and completely responsive with any questions that my wife and I had. He had some recommendations and explained how that would assist in our unit's longevity without adding any pressure to us and left any decisions completely up to us. Definitely a #1 technician with a company we have been thoroughly satisfied with. We give them an overall grade of A+.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jamar today and will be requesting him in the future. He was very clear and concise throughout the service. He took the time to explain a couple options available to me to protect the unit and better the air quality in my home. He was super patient with our dog and my lack of knowledge with the equipment (new owner still trying to learn where everything is).

The thoroughness of their service amazed me. They tested my AC/heating unit, took all the covers off, vacuumed and washed out all the coils, checked the thermostat and duct temperatures. There service is A1 and I would recommend Southern Air to everyone.

Southern Air made a service call the same day that I called regarding a high level of humidity in our home. The technician spent several hours checking our system, made phones calls for additional information and was courteous and professional despite the challenging circumstances. He did not leave until it had been determined that a follow up meeting would be scheduled this week to determine what needed to be done.
