Love My AC LLC

Darrell III was great and provided great service in Putnam county. Our system was well past it’s due maintenance and he was quick to provide quality service and get our system back to the high efficiency level. I got a Nest thermostat installed and I got my system maintenance to be ready for summer.

Good part was they showed up. Bad part was they charged me $440 for the visit and “Gas” but the AC didn’t work at all. I repeatedly asked them for a receipt but they only sent $40 receipt that they charged on my credit card and nothing for the cash they took. Never responded to my voicemail. I had to call another technician who told they put too much Gas in the system and it’s a common scam to fill up the gas and charge. I don’t recommend this service. Oh and they offered me a 10% discount only if I give them 5 star reviews on the spot. What a scam..

One of the best AC businesses in the area. They responded quickly, figured out our problem with the AC, and were very professional. If you need any AC repairs, definitely look into this business. You can trust them to do their job with fair pricing.

My 3 ton unit had a leak. I called this company after another company and talked to the owner. He came out the same day and gave me a quote. Which was a lot better than the other company. I was surprised. I ended up needing a part that he got quickly and installed. Overall I'm very satisfied with the company and you can tell they care a lot about their customers. I would definitely recommend them over anyone else for quality, pricing and professionalism.

Darrell is awesome. We're in dire straits and they were here with no waiting ..very impressive. They even went the extra mile just when we thought the problem was solved then the motor died and then Darrell worked with me to install a new motor. I will recommend this company to everyone we know. Excellent company to deal with for all your ac needs..

I got my condenser fan motor replaced. They came out the same day and repaired the system fast. Darrell was nice and explained everything in a manor i could understand and was efficient. Lawtey is a hard place to get same day service but these guys did it !

Very quick to respond when our AC went out after vacation. Showed up on time and got it fixed very quickly and for a good price. Darrell killed it.

My rental house hvac broke down at Christmas but Darrell responded quickly to Jacksonville and was very professional in getting it repaired timely. I will continue to use Love My AC for all my annual inspection and repair issues. They are the best!!
