Literally the greatest AC place around! We've had AC problems for the last few months and the insurance company for our place sent out someone 4-5 times to come check on it.. Every single time they said everything looked good, put a little coolant in and left, But no, everything was not fine. This time I insisted we have these guys come out since they've helped me out before and I trust them. As soon as the guy gets here, he immediately tells us there's a leak in the coolant and had to put $300 worth of coolant in it and now we have to get parts to get it fixed. Long story short, if you want a job done right the first time, give them a call.

I live in downtown Orlando and my ac went out in my condo and I called R and A and let me say that they had somebody out to my condo within 2 hrs. Go figure I had to replace my ac unit. But R and A made it easy and stress free and I had my ac unit up and by the next day before I got back from work. Definitely would recommend this company to anybody.

Prompt & professional service. Fees upfront disclosed, reasonable. Doing yearly maintenance program with them since we have had repaired AC & plumbing. Austin very knowledgeable with ac & Ben was a great resource for new plumbing to invest in.

Austin Kaercher your technician worked on our Central air conditioning today and he done a excellent job in repairing our air condition he is very knowledgeable and professional but most of all he was very professional and took the time to answer every questioned we asked. We would like to have him to come to our home in the the future if we need future service on our AC. I can not say anymore on his performance other than he is an asset to your company. Thank you!!!
