Not often you find a company willing to go the extra mile to make things right. After some unanticipated installation difficulty for a brand new AC system and an existing AC return that apparently had been poorly sized at its origin, we had some trouble with the county in terms of approval. Victor at R&A took charge of the situation and ensured we had an excellent setup for years to come. With his professionalism and keen eye for problem-solving, I now have confidence that the system will run efficiently and with maximum results into the future. The warranty on labor and parts for a Goodman unit is also advisable, and I recommend it.

I have been a client of R&A for over 10 years. They have installed all three of my A/C units and are the ones I call for repairs. This week I had Bryan come to the house for a heating issue. Bryan was so polite and professional. He did a great job of rectifying the problem and left the area cleaner than he found it. Ask for him!!

Austin is absolutely fantastic! He did a thorough routine maintenance on my AC and then went through a detailed list of what requires repair/replacement. He is personable and trustworthy. Excellent job! I will definitely be requesting him as my regular tech on my AC contract with R & A. Highly recommend!!

My HVAC system failed right in time for summer with a copper line leak somewhere in the walls. AJ and Brian came up promptly to investigate and gave me suggestions on how we can go around it. They had to install new copper lines going through the attic as a viable solution to get my unit back up and running. They did the entire job professionally although they had to spend more than a day and half at our house unexpectedly, made sure everything was done rightly. Brian and AJ explained all of my questions in more detail, supervised the entire job and were the last ones to leave. Appreciate their time and efforts to get my system running as quick as possible.

Austin from R&A stopped by to help repair our AC after a power outage. With his expertise and patience he was able to solve our problem fast! Austin was also incredibly kind and knowledgeable when explaining each step of the repair. I strongly recommend his services!

I was blown away with the proficiency of this company from the time I called about my Carrier system not working to when my service technician Austin arrived. Austin diagnosed the problem quickly and left no stones unturned. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a fantastic representative of this company. They have earned my trust and future business!

R&A performed preventive maintenance on my A/C last year. I generally look for the best price for those services, so I didn't have a preferred company. I do now! Last year they earned the business through the best cost but they impressed me so much with their professionalism, thoroughness and courtesy, that I had to try them again for this semi-annual PM. This time they not only were the best cost again, but they blew me away again with the service provided. The inspection was so thorough that the tech aggravated what appeared to be a very old, hairline crack in the drip pan, which revealed itself 2 days later. They responded to my call within 2 hours and didn't fuss or haggle about whose responsibility the repair would be. Victor explained that it was an old crack but since it didn't start leaking until they performed the inspection, they repaired the crack at no cost to me. I fully expected a fight because the norm in today's business world is for the company to deny responsibility with fast tech talk then gouge the customer. I didn't even have to voice an argument before they accepted responsibility, returned bright and early the next day and made the repair. They earned my business for life.
