R&A went above and beyond for me. I had someone else install a Nest thermostat & my HVAC system started going haywire. I had to call R&A industries to do damage control. They scheduled me promptly that day. Phil showed up on time. He was Incredibly professional, fixed my issue incredibly fast & was super thorough so I wasn’t suffering in the Fl summer heat anymore. I couldn’t be more grateful about their services and will be using them further in the future!!! Thank you R&A! You guys are lifesavers!

Both Phil and Brian went above and beyond to see if our unit was still under warranty when our fan gave out. They saved this big time on the bill and got us OEM parts the same day!

I love R&A! I have used them for a while! They do my AC maintenance! Technician Phil came out today and assessed the problem that my AC system wasn't cooling well enough. He was communicative, polite, super nice and fixed my system!

Called aj at R&A and he had chris come out within the hour to look at my ac on this scorcher day with probably many calls. Great service and explanations of what’s going on with the inspection. I highly recommend them for your needs!

Initially hired them to get the ducts and vents cleaned, and for a unit checkup.

They sent Phil and another guy (don’t recall his name) over. They did a great job, explaining everything they were doing.

During the checkup they let me know and showed me that the coils were super dirty and that they recommended getting them cleaned during another visit.

Phil came back two days later to clean them, and again, explaining everything.

I’ll definitely use them again.

Ryan was our technician this afternoon. First of all, I was told Ryan would be here between 2:00-4:00, he was here at 2:00 sharp! Wow! Absolutely flabbergasted at his punctuality and professionalism. Ryan went above and beyond to ensure our AC unit was tip top. I am so happy we found a company with such exceptional standards. Great service! Our ac was out for 2 days. Phillip Rollins was very kind to come out on Mother's Day evening to troubleshoot the issue and quickly identify the problem. He repaired some faulty wiring and replaced a bad thermostat and got it back up and running. Phillip was very courteous and professional. Definitely recommend!
