My AC went out on a Thursday, and when I called first thing in the morning the next day I was told that they were completely booked but they’d try and get someone out. Well, I got the best HVAC tech out there—Phil! He had already had a very long day and still made sure to come out so me and my pets wouldn’t be without AC for the weekend. He immediately zeroed in on the issue(s) and worked very hard to get them fixed. He was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He checked in on me the next day to make sure everything was working well, too. Phil did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with my service. You need a raise!

First of all Phil was ON TIME!!! He was very Kind and Informative about what was wrong with our AC! He took his time to find the problem and explained everything! He went above and beyond to make sure he fixed the problem so we would have running AC! A Very humble and kind person. The kind of service you want when you having someone in your home you don’t know! I will definitely be using this company again!

Our tech Phil Rollins came over for an ac repair job that turned out to be a bigger job. He stayed and made sure we got our AC back up. Hes friendly knowledgeable. Clearly explained the complexities of what was wrong with our AC and how he could help.

Phil was great I called this morning they were able to fit me in. He tested all issues and found the problem and got me squared away. I truly appreciate the impromptu visit as it's not fun having no AC for 3 days over the holiday weekend. Talk about employee going above and beyond their call is duty... Phil was headed out after completing job and my son burst out can you fix my scooter.. I'm like he fixes ACs not scooters lol. Phil says let me look at.. And says I can take care of that real quick n grabs a tool driver to fix the scooter. Now an employee with compassion and great work ethic. Thanks for your assistance and Thank God I now have cool air again 😁
