Had 3 ceiling fans and 3 light fixtures installed replacing existing fans and fixtures. Tim & Eric arrived early and did the work very courteously and professionally and checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. Will definitely use them again!

I called Sunday evening, they were able to come on Monday morning and repair the AC by noon. I’ve been their customer for over 7 year with exceptional services. Hugo has being the technician on my 2 last service. I will recommend them 5 stars ⭐️

We had Bryan out today to provide semi-annual maintenence on our system and troubleshoot an issue we were having with one of our thermostats. Let me start with WOW! same day service. He brought filters as requested and spent 3-4hours going through our 2 units meticulously. He was able to repair the issue with our thermostat and was very patient with all of our questions. Which were numerous because we have recently relocated from out of state. He left detailed instructions on how we can help maintain the units between our visits, made sure we were satisfied with the work, and cleaned up when he was done. I know I have found my go to HVAC company and will definitely recommend to my neighbors. Excellent Service!

Wes with R and A Industries did an outstanding job clearing my house sewer drain pipe. He was professional and a pleasure to do business with. The dispatcher was courteous and responsive and kept me updated on his availability.

We've been using R & A for our AC repair needs for years now. Their work is always top notch. They've even come out after hours once when I got home late and discovered the AC had stopped working in the middle of the summer and it was in the mid 90's inside. The tech showed up about 45 minutes after I called and he had the issue fixed within the hour.

The techs are always very friendly and honest. One of the many things that I like about them is that they will show you the problem before fixing it, so you see exactly what's wrong, no mystery. And when they fix it, they've always fixed it right the first time. I've never had to call them back out for the same issue.

** Update 4 Years Later **
We're still using R & A and couldn't be happier. We recently had them replace our entire HVAC system and as usual, they did an outstanding and professional job.
They called about 30 minutes before scheduled and arrived right on time. They worked hard all day and verified that the system was working perfectly before leaving.
The new system has been running for a few months now with zero issues. It is performing above and beyond what I was expecting. Our house has never been cooler, it actually gets a little too cold sometimes (not a complaint). Additionally, our power bill has plummeted to nearly half of what it was for this month last year.
If you're considering getting a new AC system or looking for an AC repair company, I highly recommend R & A.
