I had a pool heater that was under warranty. Hayward sent out a tech from total comfort to look at it. The technicians name was Eddie. He was so nice and so professional. He diagnosed the problem, contacted Hayward, and got back in touch with me as promised. He contacted me about when the part would be delivered and came out right away to fix the problem. He showed me the part he was using and the part being replaced. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain things to me. Had a York 4 ton unit installed. 10 year labor & parts. The most silent machine ever. They did a nice job on the installation. Too soon to comment on the York unit. But for now only had it 2 days works great . we will.see in the coming years . I would recommend this company. .
