I lost my power with Hurricane Ian, and when my power came back on, my AC unit stopped blowing cold air. I called Total Comfort, and to my surprise - they were able to come by the next day! What a relief. I felt like with everything that was happening in our area, this would be a low priority - but they made me feel the opposite. Huge shout out to this company for stepping up when the community needs them.

David came to service our air conditioner and was very informative and thorough in his mechanical and air conditioning knowledge. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it. We are highly satisfied how he carried out the repairs and problem solving. We highly recommend David and Total Comfort for all your air conditioning needs.

DO NOT get small tanks of propane refilled at this location. Your typical bbq tank is 20 lbs. They charged me $13 to have a 5 lbs tank filled up!!! The last propane supplier charged $5 for the same tank 2 weeks ago.

I would like to thank all those involved in getting our A/C repaired in such a short time. Our A/C stopped working suddenly and the folks at Total Comfort Ormond Beach got a technician to us early the following day. This technician was very knowledgeable and got our A/C working in no time.

I’ve had this company replace my air ducts, fix the wiring for the thermostat, and come out for a few service calls. Every time they’ve been punctual, courteous, and professional. Any issues I’ve had they’ve corrected, even a year after the original service was performed. I was only using them for a/c but now I will include all of my plumbing and electrical work. I’m extremely satisfied with Total Comfort.

Had 3 electric outlets that were not working for 3-4 months. Called around and ppl would say they were booked up for months and then dont show up. The young man called first and came right on time. He assessed the situation and was finished within 30 min. My GFI had gone bad. It was a great help to me(hubby tried). I recommend highly!!

After initial problems with scheduling and inaccurate diagnostic, thanks to Leslie 's involvement in scheduling me same day appointment and competency of the technician John my problem with the AC unit was solved. I would like to extend my profound gratitude to both of them.
