    Total Comfort has been our choice for HVAC for several years. They are very responsive and whether it is in office personnel or tech people in the field, they know their business and are very polite. They also keep you informed as to repair times.

    Good service/maintenance call & service. The technician seemed to know his business and it inspires confidence in the customer. Also gave me good information on the way to do monthly care with drain tubing on air conditioning system. There's no substitute for good experience. Thank you.

    I’ve had Total Comfort Air for about 18 months now, and I’ve had very little cause to contact them other than about maintenance, with any problem. Today, however, my air-conditioning shut down and my home soon hit 81 degrees. Since it was a Sunday, I knew I’d never be able to have anyone look at it before Monday. I called Total Comfort anyway, and was told that there would be a technician in the area shortly. I don’t think I waited more than an hour, before Jeremy arrived and diagnosed that my system had been shorted out by a lizard. He quickly took care of my issue. I was lucky to have Total Comfort and a professional, friendly tech to help me out. The lizard was not as lucky. It’s nice to know that there’s a company that stands by their installations, even on a Sunday. I guess I had to go through this today to find that out. Thanks!

    Very happy with the service that Gerry provided. Arrived on time, neatly dressed, knowledgeable, clearly spoken and most of all represented Total Comfort well. I'm going to ask for him for my next service appointment.

    Called and asked to come give a quote. Told them it wasn't an emergency. Set up a 1pm to 3pm time slot for 3 days later. 3pm came and went. Called and asked where he was? Was told he was still at his previous appointment. Asked when should I expect him? Was told I don't know. I Cancelled !! BTW they are nice on the phone.

    I spent $10k in January on a new Carrier "coastal" AC unit as we live in a condo on the ocean in January 2022. In Sept 22, Hurricane Ian damaged the condo roof, and the stand my AC unit was housed on the roof. I also had no power in my unit either. I asked Total Comfort, who advertises both electrical and AC services if they could send people over to resolve the issue, all one 1 trip. See, my wife and I live 2 hours away and it is hard for us to make trips to let repair workers in. Anyway, "travis" the manager said...NOPE...cant do it....get your electrical fixed first, then call us back and we will send someone to look at your AC. Likely this will require a NEW outside unit, several thousand dollars in repairs, yet....the answer was "we dont do things that way...you have to do it ours"! Not customer focused at all.

    I will never use this company nor refer them to anyone! The receptionist was rude an unhelpful. I've read negative reviews from others, see why now.

    David, the technician took his time and was very thorough and professional. He answered all my questions. He found an issue that I wasn’t aware of and explained what was going on with my unit. Total Comfort is coming back to fix it tomorrow. Thanks David. See you again in six months.

    Very disappointed with this company. Installed my unit with them 3 years ago and have 5 year warranty. Unit broke on Saturday and happens they don't provide service on weekends. Anyways, left messages even to the sales person and nobody calls back.
    Called again today, Monday, and they can't have a technician available till Friday.. Really????
    Very poor service. Not even a tech to find out what is going on is unacceptable. I regret giving them the original install. Just be aware of the terrible service and poor respect for their customers.

    Total Comfort installed a new unit for me in 2021.
    We had some initial problems with the installation because of an older beachside home with upside down unit.
    However, Total Comfort stood by the service and did what it took to make it right.
    I could not be happier with them.
    I would recommend them to anyone.
    It’s hard to find a company who stands behind their work and does whatever it takes to make it right.
    I will continue to use them for all my services, including pools equipment, electrical needs.
    Thank you again for all the employees from the office staff to all the service groups. 👏
