I was impressed with the work provided by Vortech. A part needed to be replaced and they went out of their way to try and find the part so they could repair my heater that day. They went above and beyond to secure my thermostat and apply plaster where the installer neglected to.

Our home warranty insurance company uses these guys and I'm glad. They are professional, timely, efficient. I highly recommend them.

Total scam. Half my new house was always hot. I had them come out. The tech told me I needed 1.5 pounds of AC. I said OK. He then proudly told me it took 3 (at $80 per pound.) I asked if he fixed the half of the house not cooling he set the air handler speed to high. That of course threw off the DeltaT CFM calc and my coils couldn't cool anything. I reset to medium. Crawled into the attic and there it was a split primary feed to the half of the house not cooling. I paid $380 for nothing. A fat dude who was clueless except to scam me for coolant I didn't need. I will be demanding a refund. Avoid these people at all costs.

So I recommend Joe and his very qualified team at Vortech..They came out and replaced Handler coil..Went the extra effort to rebuild the drain system and were very clean and professional..Have used them before and they are top notch!! Very pleased and highly recommend..Thank You

Tried to charge me $3000 to fix my
Ac, but couldn’t articulate at all what I was paying for. The guy just kept saying it was to “get the air circulating.” Got a second opinion, who was able to fix the AC for $182. I’ve never seen such a blantent attempt to rip me off before.
