We started working with the folks at Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning, Inc. 2 years ago.
One of there best decisions we’ve made. Hurricane Ian was one of the worst storms to ever hit Florida. Just as the hurricane was passing the Orlando area in the late afternoon, and well before Duke Energy brought our power back, our 7 year old Generac Generator died on us. My wife and I have some health issues, and were very concerned about loosing power, our a/c and everything.

David, an electrician/service tech from Heinmiller came to our rescue. He diagnosed the problem as a battery that went bad. You could tell that David was exhausted from a long day of service calls, but he was determined to get us up and running. Keep in mind that many local gas stations had closed and gasoline became hard to find. Even as the day became night, David somehow found gas, picked up a new battery and returned to us. Once the battery was installed, our system quickly came back to life. But, even with the lateness of the hour, David did not leave us until he was confident the system was operating the way it was meant to.

This all happened on a late Friday afternoon to late evening. Saturday morning we received a followup phone call from Melanie, the best office manager ever! She had all our information and was in touch with the head technician, Robin (who by the way is also a great guy!).
She was keeping an eye on us, making sure that we were taken care of, and all was good with the generator.

Having the confidence that the Heinmiller crew had our backs, especially after experiencing after effects of that terrible hurricane, was very reassuring and comforting.

We hope David, Melanie and Robin all receive some form of acknowledgement from the company for their superior customer service. Going forward, and without hesitation, we will refer Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning to everyone.

Working with them on buying a Generac total home generator. They were highly recommended.

Since moving to my home in 1986, we have called this company for repairs and upgrades. We have never had to wait more than an overnight simply because it was a Sunday late afternoon and also had shown up before 9:30AM that next morning. Thier prices have always been more than fair and In a couple of instances the service technician would even go so far as to help us get the best deal possible and at times lower the fee dramatically. This company cares about thier customers which is why my home calls on Bob Heinmiller A/C.

From my initial contact with Patrick who came to my house for the estimate/quote I knew I would be choosing this company. Patrick was prompt, knowledgeable, and personable. He spent close to an hour explaining the different A/C units that would work for my house. I agreed to have the work done and signed the contract. Levi and Anthony showed up on time and got right to work. Those young men worked almost non-stop from 9 to 5 that day. They were skilled in what the job entailed, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine. There is no way possible that I could be happier with the installation of the A/C unit. I was shocked at the difference between my old unit and this Carrier unit. Warmer, colder, and more powerful that what I've been used to! Thank you everyone involved for a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service from the first call to completion of installation.

We needed a whole new unit and Patrick walked us through everything,
answering all our questions and helping us to arrive at the perfect system
for our house. He was a joy to work with and made the whole process easy!

The smoothest process I can recall in replacing a major home system. Patrick, Levi and Anthony were wonderful and installed an upgraded Carrier heat pump with the allergy and asthma features I need. Keep up with annual service and an emergency is unlikely until your unit gets old, but they will respond. I'm a repeat customer of many years with Bob Heinmiller. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

I would suggest NOT using this company. I had been using them for the last 10 years as they installed my A/C. Something has change now and I will not ever use them again. I paid them $190 to come out and tell me what is wrong with my A/C. The outside fan motor stopped working. The problem is they gave me a quote for just replacing the motor, but you must also replace the fan blades and they did not tell me that information. I only found that information after I had another company come out to replace the motor and fan. I asked for a $95 refund as they only told me half the information I was paying them to provide as part of the service call. I talked to the service manager (Melanie) and she said no refund would be given as they did come out and I would only been given all the information if I used them to do the work. I feel like they are given out quotes for a lower price to get the work and then hitting people with more changes after the fact.
The quote from them was $925 to replace just the motor but just fan blade part was $260. So the quote should have been $1,185 or more. I guess they did not want to give me the higher price up front.

Beginning with the Comfort Specialist, Patrick Liner, he explained various AC / Heat Pump models & did a very thorough job with the details of the new system & provided financing options. The Techs, Bobby & Nelson, did a very clean & much appreciated professional install. Thank you to the Bob Heinmiller team.

I recently purchased a carrier 25VA4 Air conditioner. Patrick was the sales person on this and project manager. His attention to detail and ease of dealing with him was much appreciated. Eli and Joysbert were the installers and did a wonderful job and cleaned up the worksite perfectly. I appreciate working with Bob Heinmiller Air. A good company to do business with.
