I moved to Orlando in 2004 after my husband''s death.and I purchased a small house and within a couple of months I needed a new air conditioner. After searching - I was so glad I found Bob Heinmiller! Looking back I have enjoyed - YES - I have enjoyed the business relationship I have with this organization! The office staff is always friendly and ready to help! They will explain things to you and help you understand what needs to be done! Their technicians are friendly and are ready to explain and talk with you and explain exactly what thy are doing - if you ask. I highly recommend Bob Heinmiller Air conditioning!

Great company! Only ones in town I trust

Getting a whole house generator was pretty intimidating and after researching other companies we decided on Bob Heinmiller. Basic reason because of the people, communication and everything needed for the generator was included in the price, whereas other companies you have to find your propane dealer. Our salesman, Mark, provided us with all the info necessary to make a decision. Melanie and Angel were great communicators when I didn't understand something about inspections - always answered the phone (no leave a message) with a smile. The installers Mike, Robin, Austin, and Danny showed up on time installation day and went right to work diggin ditches, laying pipes and working with electrical hookups. There was no wasted time - any questions were answered by the crew plus they were fun to work with. I would say this company does the best and "then some". They truly want a happy and satisfied customer.

Great company would highly recommend using their services. Three quotes were provided from different companies. Doug came out gave us a quote and without getting a confirmation that we would be using his services he offered to bring us a blower to blow out cold air to get us through the weekend. That was a blessing.
When I called back to discuss the quote he worked with me to match a competitors price that was a little bit lower .
The install went well. The men were very professional and hard workers. Our Carrier unit is running very efficiently and keeps the house very comfortable.
Stephanie who answers the phone is very polite and courteous.
Permits were pulled and the county is coming out to do an inspection on the work .

Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning just completed installation of a 22K Generac generator for us. From the initial interview with Matt to the completion by Mike, Danny and Nate, all aspects of the job were above expectation - from communication by Amanda and Melanie in the office to performance by the installation team - all was done professionally and timely. From the first visit and initial consultation, through quoting, onsite fieldwork, financing and follow-up, the entire team was professional, courteous and cared about doing a great job. When one of the parts malfunctioned during install, they went the extra mile to order a replacement and get it up-and-running as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them for all of your HVAC and other needs.

Our business AC went out on Thursday in the middle of summer. We called and spoke to Patrick about a replacement AC system. They had a great price, service and was the only company who could get a new unit as fast as they did. My staff and me our very happy with cold AC again!

Contracted Heinmiller to install an 8KW solar system. Got quotes from all the majors and liked Mike the best. Went with my gut and the lowest price by far and glad I did. My neighbor contracted with one of the big boys, paid a lot more and is still waiting on the install. I’ve been up for two months. Install was actually done by Mike and team, he knows what he’s doing. Actually had a lightening strike. He noticed that the system needed to reset and let me know before I even noticed. Next day. Walked me through the reset. These guys are great and you can’t beat the price. Oh and this is my first Google Review....ever.

Mark Derringer came to my house to give me a quote for a new AC unit. He was patient, thorough, and not a typical pushy salesman. After getting quotes from a couple of other companies, I called Mark and requested if he could reduce his quote to match that of his competitors. Not only did Mark reduce his quote, he lowered it by almost $500 from the nearest competitor. I signed the contract and his crew was at my house the next business day, promptly at the time that was given to me. They were professional, thorough, polite, and extremely efficient in their work. I would highly recommend Bob Heinmiller to anyone that's in the market looking for a new unit.
