Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning went above and beyond for our family!!!

We had an emergency at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday and they had a technician at our house within an hour! The tech, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and got the repair done before dark so that we would not be without power all weekend. The owner, Mark, even stopped by to make sure everything was okay. Thanks to the whole team at Bob Heinmiller AC we were only without power for a few hours, instead of a few days!!! We truly can't thank you guys enough!!!!!!!!!

On top of their timely and impeccable service, they also made sure the permit/inspection process was taken care of and worked with us and our insurance company with invoicing.

I still can't believe how smooth and painless it was to finally replace two really old AC units. Something no one wants to ever have to do but thankfully I had the amazing team at Bob Heinmiller on my side. Every step was stress free (which is a really big thing for me) from finally realizing it was time to replace (thank you Kenny and Tyler, two of the most amazing technicians) to KC for help with choosing new equipment to the greatest installation technicians ever, Levi and Anthony. Like true artists. Last but not least, Melanie!! She is the Queen! Make sure you talk to her. You will be in really good hands. We will be Bob Heinmiller customers for life! Thank you all!

Called multiple AC repair shops. 1 was horrible service, another refused to come unless we paid another diagnosis fee, another came and overcharged to fix 1 part.

Bob Heinmiller didn't charge a diagnosis fee which was awesome. We only paid for the parts, and they had the lowest price we could find at maximum value.

Tyler came on time, extra friendly, focused on his work and was quick to fix and check if all things were done properly.

Would absolutely call again and I'd advise others to do the same.

We have had an ongoing AC maintenance from Bob Heinmiller for the last five years. Recently, there was a service issue that required additional remedy Melanie was responsive, helpful and our issue resolved. Bob Heinmiller proved to be a company with integrity that stands behind their work and service. Top notch

Used them previously twice before and was great. Unfortunately this past service I will never them again. Had a clear leak in the evaporator coil and asked the technician if it’s worth putting in coolant based on the severity of the leak. He explained he was not sure (the reason I called him out). He then added refrigerant to our system, which lasted only 24 hours and come to find out was pretty dangerous and not approved by the EPA. Called back and told the lady the issue I had over the previous service and she said he added refrigerant, which is “environmentally safe.” All in all, waste of a lot of money and put my family at risk and they showed no remorse.

After a severe lightning storm disabled our 18 year-old ac, Heinmiller arrived the next morning, gave us a reasonable and responsive evaluation, and proposed a solution of a new unit. The price was a sticker shock, but justifiable and they were able to replace the entire outdoor and indoor equipment, including a new all-singing all-dancing thermostat, within hours. Patrick, our rep, even took care of permits and rebates. The equipment is amazing, works so much better than the previous unit ever did, and I expect our electric bill to be considerably lower. Great service and helpful people. (PS, if you happen to have a problem with your ac after lightning, call your insurance company. Just saying.)

Great HVAC company to do business with. I highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues. I worked with Patrick Liner though the replacement of our AC unit, and he was upfront and great to work with. I never felt pressured while I was collecting bids from other companies and Patrick was always available to answer any questions I had through the decision process. Great Company!

I needed a company to install a new AC unit and air handler for a flip house. I called several places around Orlando and Bob Heinmiller was the most responsive and presented a professional and complete quote.
They scheduled the installation very quickly and showed up when promised. The 2 guys that came were professional and went above and beyond even handling a couple of items the GC didn’t do which were required before AC installation.
I’m definitely putting them on my preferred vendor list for not only AC but also electrical work.

We have a relatively new central heat and air system in our home. We had a problem with it after hurricane Irma. Since the company that did the install is no longer in business we had to find someone to come and service the unit under warranty. We found Bob Heinmiller to have the best reviews so we called them and spoke to Melanie. She was courteous, kind and understanding. She sent out a technician and our problem was resolved. We recently had a problem with the heat portion of this relatively new system. Once again, we called and spoke to Melanie, she sent out Kenny and parts are on order to get us back on track. We are getting through this cold snap because of the efforts of Melanie and Kenny. Our unit will be fully repaired in a couple of days. We would highly recommend these fine folks.
