Was referred to Heinmiller AC And Electric by Melanie R in the office . Play golf with her husband so I was pretty confident their standards were high . Gave them a call .
From start to finish nothing but quality people .
Purchased a Carrier performance series coil/fan and heat pump .
They had the unit in and cleaned up by 2:30 in the afternoon . Polite and answered all my questions . Impressive .
Looking forward to having them install our Generac system next month.

The customer service... Where do I begin.... It's the middle of summer and 90 degrees... We scheduled at 7 am, they said they would be here from 3-5 pm. I rushed to get my daughter early from school just to be here for them. I waited, waited, and waited.. It got up to 86 degrees and my husband calls and the woman says, "our tech is behind and it's after hours. Don't worry, I'll wave the after hours charge." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? A heads up that you were late would be nice, an apology would be great. 6:20 and the tech arrives. The only good part of this experience was him. He's been with the company for 3 weeks and I can't give him enough praise. He had the system back up and running in no time. He was apologetic, respectful, worked in a timely matter. He's too good to have to work for such awful customer service people. I'd recommend him but I'd recommend them hiring new customer service reps.

GREAT SERVICE!! Service technician Dominick came to our house, and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge. Dominick figured out the lightning strike that hit our AC had back fed into the electrical box because of improper grounding. He then examined everything and explained what he was doing as he worked. He also encouraged me to ask questions if I didn’t understand anything. Dominick is conscientious, patient and it is a privilege to have such an intelligent, well-school, polite electrician working for us. I would highly recommend Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning and will definitely use them in the future!

Mike and Mike who came to my house to do a new A/C installation did such amazing work, they were courteous, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the job in a timely manner. Not to mention they also answered all questions I had. If I ever need A/C services in the future I will definitely be calling this company again. I highly recommend them!

Best pricing is one thing; but best customer service is another. The entire team made such a stressful moment of having to replace our entire AC Unit into a moment of ease! The techs were on time and professional; absolutely outstanding service! And now, our house is at a constant cool :)

Our A/C went out. We had another company out 2X to fix it (1 day apart). Both times, they misdiagnosed the problem. 3 Weeks later, the A/C went out again. This time we called Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning. The service tech showed up on time. He did a thorough check this time and definitively diagnosed and repaired the problem in short order. Great service call. Wish we had called them the first time.

Very professional and knowledgeable. A previous A/C company installed my unit wrong, with the coils upside down. Heinmiller was able to correctly diagnose and correct the problem. It was a great relief to work with a company that knew what they were doing.
