The repair technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what the problem with my electronic air cleaning system was, and went over all of the options to fix the problem. He gave me all the information I needed in order to make an educated decision without once trying to push unnecessary and expensive products or services. The service call fee was half of what most of the other companies in the area charge, too! I would definitely recommend 4Seasons.
I signed up for 4 Seasons Air's Gold Plan, which is perfect because it's a routine maintenance plan and you get priority service, such a plus.
Nick, the 4 Seasons tech came out to my office on Monday. He looked over all of the AC equipment explained a couple of things to me and even gave me a filter. He was thorough and to the point and gave me tips to keep my old AC running well.
I would HIGHLY recommend 4 Seasons Air and am looking forward to a long lasting relationship!
They used to be a good company. However in the past six months they've really gone down hill. We have one new ac that still hasn't passed inspection since October. They refuse to fix it. Our other ac is broken and they've promised us twice to call us back with updates and never have. They've also promised us the part would be in today to fix it. We confirmed yesterday that they would have the parts. Now this morning they don't have the parts. I'm highly disappointed and would warn anyone against using them. We've recommended them to friends in the past. We were very wrong about 4 seasons.
Nick Barker did an excellent job in providing me with the right AC unit for my needs and budget. 4 Seasons' technicians, who work for the company, did an outstanding job on the install of my York 2 stage AC. They were courteous and clearly new their job. Led by Hernando, and the hard work of Alex, they all went above and beyond my expectations. You would do well by choosing 4 Seasons for you job.
Owner, Brian Hastings , and sales, Chris Fales, did an amazing job educating me on which new system I should go with. They answered every question I had and really informed me on the best system for my space. The install techs were professional and respected me and my home.
Danny came out to my house today and was very helpful and kind!! Also, my dog loved him LOL

Thank goodness! A professional company that answers the phone (on a Saturday, no less) and is true to there word. When Nick arrived, he not only took care of our problem he explained EVERYTHING. It is so reassuring to know there are still honest, professionals out there doing the job right. I was so [pleased that they weren't looking for a review, I made it a point to leave one.
By far the best air conditioning company I have ever used. Able to handle difficult installations and offer many options, competitive pricing, polite and knowledgeable staff. Excellent in communicating arrival times. Great job can't thank them enough, have already referred to several friends.
I just LOVE this company! We have used them for over 15 years. They have installed 2 new Lennox units for us and we never had a problem. Fast forward....our builder installed 2 new Lennox units in our new house through another A/C company and they have been nothing but problems. We gave up with the other A/C company and 4 Seasons fixed all the problems that were really due to a POOR installation job. The employees at 4 Seasons have worked their for years! We have known Sean, Lynn and Tony for years. This company takes care of their customers!
No call no show!! just like that. I had an appointment today at 8 am with one of their technician, but "apparently" the guy was stuck in traffic and did not make it. I am currently with no AC at home (I am replacing the entire system), and I had to modify my work schedule for this week to take 2 appointments (contractors) per day, and 4 Season was one of them. They did not have the courtesy to give me a call and let me know that my appointment was cancelled or delayed. I was the one who had to call twice. The first time they told me that they will get in contact with the technician, but that was it, I never received a call back. The second time they told me the same, and I got a call back from the office to just confirm the appointment was cancelled. If they cannot be reliable for an appointment or not even make a courtesy call, I would be concern on their services and warranties. Well no business here.
