    Had to have an AC duct repaired after we moved into our new house. Unfortunately hidden by boxes on inspection. It was blocking the airflow to the master bedroom, making for some stuffy summer nights! Brian and team did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Now my bedroom is cool and comfy!

    Air cleaning equipment isn't common so when 4 Seasons stepped up (after quite a search) I was thrilled. Very understanding professional organization that delivered! Technician found a minor issue, corrected it AND worked out a path if the issue reappeared. Offering that was big in my mind. Integrity is hard to find these days.

    Nick came out today(7/13/17) to check our clogged drain line. He flushed it out & then determined the float switch needed replacing. After that he checked the refrigerant level to see it needed 1 lb.of Freon.We purchased the Gold Club agreement from him because we felt the service he provided was worth it. We would easily recommend this company to others!

    Called for service at 8:21 pm on a Tuesday night and they set me up for service the next day between 11 am and 3 pm. I took the day off and waited and waited. I called the office at 3:30 pm and told them that no one has shown up yet. The lady said I'm sorry we do have your information but they forgot to schedule you. How does that make any sense you have all my info but forgot to schedule me. I truly believe the first experience you have sets the tone for the relationship. Do not call them if you need service. The only way to post a review is to give them at least 1 star. If I could I would give them zero stars

    Charging $100 for an estimate that lasted less than 5 minutes by one of the rudest service "professionals" I've ever encountered? No thanks.

    The company I eventually went with asked some vital questions over the phone and came up with the same diagnosis that the service tech did, for free.

    We had our A/C go out and called 4 Seasons. They promptly sent someone out to the house and we were up and running quickly. the technician explained what was wrong and the charges were very fair. I definitely recommend this company.

    Lennox S30 Thermostat will not consistently login. Thermostat displays partial information or does not connect. Technician was no help. I asked Brian H, owner, to call me and was totally flipped off. No return call after several request, totally unacceptable customer service.
    Will contact Lennox district representative and ask for service through another dealer.

    HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company. We have been without AC since Wednesday. We have a system just about 2 years old and have had nothing but issues. 24 hours my a$$.

    Lynn in the office absolutely horrible. Does not care at all about their customers. If they did we wouldn't been going on 5 days without ac.
