One word... WOW! This is a company of quality HANDS DOWN! My A/C Technician, Matt was very professional. I felt very comfortable with having him and his team come into my home and replace my unit. Not only was Matt and his team respecting me and my house, he was very thorough, and knowledgeable. I really admired the transparency that this company offers, they love what they do, and they do a great job at it. I'm happy to say that I've finally found an Air Conditioning company I can trust!
Thank you guys again, The new A/C unit is working great!
My neighbors were out of the country when their A/C stopped working. A pet sitter was staying at the house and did not know what to do. When I reached my neighbors, I recommended 4 Seasons. We were not disappointed. Rob E. was the tech. His first visit was diagnostic and immediately found the coil was frozen. He needed to return the next day after the coil defrosted. He returned when promised and found a leak from the valve on the outside unit. He did not stop there. He thoroughly checked the entire system to make sure there were no other problems. He repaired the leak, added 3 pounds of refrigerant and stayed at the home until he saw the temperature dropping inside the house. Rob E. was timely, friendly, professional and informative. He explained everything he was doing and did not mind answering questions. We found the price charged for the service fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend 4 Seasons and Rob E.
I've had 4 Seasons as my A/C contractor of choice for 4 years. Today Rob E came out to my home for a blocked condensate drain call along with my semiannual maintenance. He was exemplary and determined to get the drain 100% clean, which he did! The most disgusting thing I've ever seen come out of a drain. He is a great example of the kinds of quality techs 4 Seasons hires - thoughtful, thorough, and professional.
A great customer experience provided. Technician, Rob E came out and diagnosed the situation. Unfortunately, he did not have the part. He called the office and Candace was able to source it and have it installed by Freddy within less than 24 hours. Thank you Brian Hastings for employing such caring individuals. You certainly have the AC company you wished you called first!
Our AC quit while we were out of town and had someone staying in our house. We needed it addressed quickly but we’re not onsite to monitor the repair. I was told the coil had frozen causing the blower motor to burn out and that our drain line needed to be cleared. The blower motor was covered by our warranty, but it did not cover labor. They said it was a very “labor intensive repair” and quoted $624 for labor to install the motor and a warranty processing fee, $116 to clear the drain line and $99 service call fee for a total of $839. I agreed as we’ve used this company for maintenance, repairs and to purchase an HVAC unit previously and I trusted them. The repair was scheduled for two days later while we were still out of town. After completion, I reviewed our doorbell camera. Unfortunately, it did not capture every entry and exit to our house, but it did show four. At 11:48am the technician rang the doorbell and entered, at 11:54am he went out to his truck, at 12:09pm he is sitting on our porch, at 12:26pm he drove away. While I have no way of knowing precisely how long the repair took, he was at our property for a total of 37 minutes! In what world is 37 minutes a “labor-intensive repair” that justifies a $624 labor charge! When I called to question this charge, I was told it was a flat rate, that I had an “experienced technician” and that they had to drive to Clermont to retrieve the part. They did confirm that the drain line had not been cleared (for which I had been charged the additional $116). While they have scheduled the technician to return to clear the drain line, they refuse to adjust the $624 labor charge. I feel they vastly misrepresented the repair and the time it would take. Had I known it was a 30 minute job, I never would have agreed to the charges. I would have paid their $99 service fee and called another company.
I called 4 Seasons for maintenance on my 2 units and they came out the next day. I am so impressed with the tech Rob E. He was on time, professional and informative. We will definitely use this company again!
Robert E. came out to my house to diagnose why the AC was not cooling properly. He personally called to say he was on his way and spoke to me on the phone first to understand what was going on. He was thorough and professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. This was a much better experience than I had with the previous company that came to my house.
This was my second visit by 4 Sessions, for my yearly maintenance. Rob E. did a wonderful job reviewing the two systems and also explaining and answering my questions. He even put on the foot socks over his shoes when asked due to new carpet installation. Looking forward to next maintenance visit sometime in October/November.
We had a great experience with 4 seasons and especially with Robert E! He was super diligent, friendly and competent!! I highly recommend the company and will definitely ask for Rob next time!
I had the "gold plan". When I signed up with the plan I was told there was no extra charge for my dehumidifier units. For my first tune-up, the dehumidifier was serviced no problem. When I scheduled my second tune-up on the phone I was told the same thing. Today, the technician said it was not included. I showed him my original paperwork showing the dehumidifier box checked, said it didn't matter.
Didn't check/clea the filters in the air handlers (which they did on the other maintenance visit).
Unlikely to use this company again - too much variability in the quality of service.
