    We have used Mills Air for years now and have had them install new units on our personal homes as well as rental properties we own. We also use them for service as well. All of their techs are professional, knowledgeable, clean cut, and everything you want out of an AC company. We most recently had two mini splits installed in a garage of ours (pics attached) - my husband and I agreed that the install was the most seamless project we have done to our home. If you want something done right, call Mills.

    Mills Air responded to my request for a quote in a day and they were able to install an entire system two days later! They were punctual and very professional! So far the unit is working well!

    Wanted to share with everyone that uses this company that my experiences I have had since I purchased my new AC unit two years ago, it has always been excellent
    More so, I had to call this week because I was having some issues with my duct line, and they managed to get me in very quickly I spoke with Mitch the Service Manager who was very professional asking me to call him after the Tech would come over to see what he could do to minimize my cost
    They sent me Danny a very experienced knowledgeable and professional Tech, who immediately found the issue of built up on my line ( I had done my annual maintenance visit late April) but as we know in Florida you never know! Danny did a few adjustments and got me back normal right away and they end up not charging me for this visit.
    You don't find people and companies like Mills and their Techs now a days, and this reaffirms me that I am certainly with the right company and team to service my AC needs thank you Mitch and Danny for taking care of me and fixing my issues !

    My a/c stopped working and Danny from Mills Air came within hours of my call. He was very professional and extremely efficient. He knew exactly what the issue was within 2 minutes of him being in my home. He was so nice and explained what was going on thoroughly. He even gave tips to prevent the issue from happening in the future. I’m so grateful for his help because we all know a summer with no a/c in Florida is unbearable.

    Marco and Ty were here at 8 AM and worked very well together installing our new A/C system. They completed the install and cleaned up after the work was done. They both were pleasant to talk to and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions we had re the new system and its operation. All and all it was an A+ install and we are very satisfied.

    We needed to replace our problem Trane a/c system and decided to go back to Carrier. I contacted five different contractors and Mills was the first to provide a quote. Their pricing was competitive, and I chose Mills based on reviews and their 30-year company history. The other bids received were all over the pricing spectrum and some were several thousand dollars higher than Mills based on equal equipment. Mills was not the lowest, but their overall package was the best value in the end. The install crew took extra care to protect our wood floors and were polite and professional during the process. The equipment install was very neat and clean. Thank you to all involved!

    My experience with Mills Air was nothing short of disappointing. As anyone who has suffered through a hot summer in Florida can attest, a functioning AC is a must-have. Unfortunately, our unit decided to quit on us, and Mills Air was the first company we called for help.

    To say their response time was slow is an understatement. We waited for days before a technician arrived, and when he did, he was unpleasant and unhelpful. He couldn't fix the problem and blamed it on a missing part. He promised the part was in stock and that it would be resolved by the end of the day, but to no avail. The next day, when we followed up, we were met with the news that their parts manager was unavailable, and they couldn't help us. We were left with no AC and no clear solution.

    Adding insult to injury, we discovered that Mills Air had lied to us when they claimed that they were the only ones authorized to service our warranty. This is simply unacceptable. Not only did they fail to provide the service we needed, but they also misled us with dishonest claims.

    To make matters worse, the technician who came to our home left the AC unit open with nuts and bolts strewn everywhere. As a parent of young children, this was a huge safety concern for us.

    Thankfully, we were able to find a reputable company who provided prompt and professional service, and we had our AC fixed the same day. We will never use Mills Air again, and I encourage anyone looking for dependable AC service to seek a more trustworthy provider.

    Overall, Mills Air's poor communication, unprofessionalism, and dishonesty made for a frustrating and unpleasant experience. It's important for companies in the service industry to prioritize honesty, reliability, and customer service, and unfortunately, Mills Air fell short on all accounts.

    Mills Air is impressive in answering service calls and sending someone out soon (next day in both my calls). Although the first technician did NOT solve the problem, Mills Air then sent Leon who quickly diagnosed the issues and proceeded to make everything right. Leon was very nice and personable as well as skilled and made the entire visit very pleasant. Thank you for taking care of my warranty issues!
