We first spoke to Nelson who was able to go above and beyond to help our family get set up with an immediate AC system installation. We were then greeted by two of the most professional HVAC Techs we have ever come across. Damion and his team have been the most helpful, courteous, and professional group of people we’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I highly recommend working with Tropical Comfort AC and their team! They care about people sincerely! We have two small children and our AC went out rather suddenly, and they were able to get us cool and comfortable as early as 8:30 they were here the very next day!

They were accommodating of our work schedule when providing the initial quote and for the install. Tropical Comfort installed a Mini Split at a property I recently purchased in Avon Park Florida. Nelson the estimator drove from Cape Coral to Avon Park, and he was on time very professional explain to me the process and assured me everything will turn out just fine. The day of the install the only mishap was the time I was told the technician would arrive, and when the technician actually arrived, but I’m OK with that because once he was here, he started installing the mini split was very polite and professional. When the electricians arrived they got to work right away no stopping checking phones just work very hard. I am sure I was a pain in the butt to Nelson but I was just very concerned about holes being left in my wall or not being installed correctly but everything turned out perfectly! If you ever need a mini split or an AC, I totally would recommend Tropical Comfort to do the job for you. Nelson went way above and beyond to answer all my questions. I am extremely happy and satisfied customer.

I would highly recommend tropical ac, we got 3 quotes and for the system we wanted (3.5T Rheem system and duct work replacement ) they had the best value. Best part was they were able to get us on the schedule for installation within a week so no waiting weeks or months to get out new system, like the other contractors we are still waiting on for the hurricane repairs. They showed up on time, did the work in timeline they said, Left my house clean from the tear out and install and the system works great. AC is blasting cold air
