If you're going to use these guys to do your AC maintance please do your due diligence and watch them to make sure they take off the panel of your handler and actually cleans the coils.

I used these guys for my house as well as my moms house. They were there and gone in 10 minutes. Only check the gauges and were gone.

Called Mike to let him know. Said he'd call me back in ten minutes. Never heard back from him again.

Fast forward to today. I have to get a company to come out and do a pull and clean of my Evap Coil because since they didn't clean it the last time it has been a year.

Like I said, if they're there to do your maintence, watch them and make sure they're doing what theyre suppose to and not just dashing off to the next job.

By far one of the best services. Even down to cleaning and detailing after their work. I was genuinely impressed. 👏🏼

Tropical Comfort installed an A/C Unit for my home and a Split Unit in my garage. The A/C unit went in without an issue. However, we had an issue with the split unit. It was installed without the WiFi capability I requested. When I contacted the owner, Carlos … he said he would resolve the issue. 2 weeks later they installed the correct unit. I tell you this because it is easy for a company to offer “Good” customer service when everything goes well, but the true test of “Outstanding “ service is how the company responds when there is a Mixup or a problem.
