    Called on a Sat. night, they were at my house within 1 1/2. Best company I have dealt with, especially the technician, Irvin Gonzalez. The most professional, nice, gentleman, knowledgeable. They are trustworthy.

    I was having problems with my AC units and was almost positive they had been installed by someone who had no idea what he was doing.
    I called Patrick and crew from Central Air and these guys are the real deal. Patrick did not only go above and beyond to explain and show me why my current units were not working properly and also that there were better and more efficient options out there. My options were very simple and they came in with the equipment and started working that same day! Their installations process was clean, fast, just flawless. After the first night trying out the work and the new equipment, the difference was night and day. I'm thrilled with the end result and it’s the best decision I could have made for me and my family. So, if you are having problems or are thinking about changing your AC, don't hesitate to call these guys and find out why they are the best.

    My parent's a/c broke down and it was time to replace it anyways. One of the neighbors told me they had used this company to replace theirs for a pretty affordable price and good service. So, I didn't mind calling for a free estimate. The technician arrived on time and gave me the numbers. Almost double the price of what the neighbors told me. The technician, very surprised, called his boss to verify the numbers I gave him for the unit located two doors away and he mentioned "I've been working for this company for years and I've never seen those numbers" Thank you but I'll check another company as well. I can't testify for their service because it was not done.

    Our a/c stopped working at 7pm and they answered immediately. A tech called within a half hour and was able to fix the problem over the phone. Amazing response and professional attitude. They even called back to follow up to make sure our a/c was working! We're extremely impressed and highly recommend this place.

    I’ve been using this company for years to maintain the unit that came with our house (about 6 years). The unit needed replacing as it was 14 years old. Central comfort matched the lowest quote we received and added some value adds that should ensure our unit runs for the next 14 plus years. They arrived on time to begin work and finished within the estimated time quoted. They will be servicing the new unit as they did the old and we expect the service to be of the same high quality we have always received and come to appreciate.

    I would definitely recommend for company installation and/or service.

    Eric came buy, temporarily got me going, his evaluation was petty on point, but then I remembered he is Coast Guard! I have to run a line test. They need 2 days for that process. Have to schedule for next week.

    Test results - need new coil and line. Coil under warranty, they have to check inventory for coil, waiting.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Very misleading.

    If you need your AC split unit cleaned, it will cost you $70 just for a tech to come to your house for a 1 minute peek at your unit. This is what they call a “tune up.” With a brief, minimal inspection that will cost you $450-$550 per unit for an in depth cleaning (understandably).

    The tech provided no new information to me. He didn’t turn the AC on, didn’t run any “diagnostic”, he just took a quick look.

    It should be clear the $70 is actually to pay for an estimate. That’s it, no diagnostic, no tune up or cleansing. On their website when you click “free estimate” and fill out the info, a rep will call you back. Their free estimates are only for installations which is not mentioned upon making this tune up appointment (which is a $70 house call). Fair enough, just misleading none-the-less.

    I would recommend to find a company that offers 1. A more detailed inspection and 2. Offers more clarity in their services provided and cost of estimate.

    I was definitely taken advantage of. I will be taking my business elsewhere. $70 on a 1 minute peek of my AC is a rip off I am happy to pay for someone’s time and expertise, but this to me, was bad business.

    This was my first time doing business with Central Comfort AC. Great team all around. Very professional and knowledgeable, from the secretaries I talked with (Ana, Cynthia) to the AC technicians that I got to meet (Eric, Yordany) My AC just stopped working making some odd noises. Eric who took over my case, came over, inspected my AC unit, assessed the situation and clearly explained my options. Now my AC unit is cooling once again bringing the artic home. I'm very happy with the choice of thermostat I got. I didn't want anything fancy like a NEST thermostat. The T4Pro ended up being an excellent choice. Smart enough without having to be connected to the internet. I would definitely do business with them again. I do recommend their services.
