Central Comfort Air Conditioning

yesterday, Wed. 08/03 , I had an AC unit installed with what was promised to come with a heater, thermostat and a stand. Today I just realized I'm missing said items. I called and spoke to Julie, she said the AC Unit does have a heater but the installer personally told us that this specific unit does not have a heater. and then Julie switched her story and said the heater was on back order. She said she would call me back about the thermostat and stand, but has yet to do so. I feel bamboozled, if I never called with my concerns they would of never mentioned the missing items. I feel taking advantage of. this isn't the proper way to do business. I could only imagine how many other families are missing items and they have yet to notice.

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Tech arrived early and was super neat and tidy. Offered good advice. I would highly recommend this company. They are friendly and courteous.

They are always very professional. I have used this company multiple times for my personal property and my rental and have always had a good experience. Furthermore, the AC tech Patrick is the best. In Miami it is difficult to find companies that do work well and for a fair price that is why I am glad I found central comfort air conditioning. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a new AC or repair to an existing unit.

Knowledgeable, respectful, and answered all my questions without rushing or complaining. After having several AC technicians come to my house over the years, I finally felt like we got some clear and straight answers. Probably not the cheapest service but I’ve paid less for lesser quality service so…

Donell was very nice and quick to understand the problem and addressed it quickly. Checked and made sure the system was running properly before he left. Will use him again for service and hopefully for no repairs on my 2 year old Trane unit.

We hired this company to come install a couple of ducks in our laundry in master bath they were on time they worked very quickly did an outstanding job and we’re very professional I would recommend him highly to anyone

It was easy to see why Central Comfort Air is so well reviewed. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. They answered all my questions and explained the procedures thoroughly. Definitely adding Central Air to my contacts!

Inspection due to a leak. Advertised that they would do, " removed and clean the coils and tray" I ask, removed the coil, how much for new coil, and elected to change the coils. There honestly with me, convince me to change the coil.
