To whom it may concern; sales rep Irvin Gonzalez is a great asset in your company. I had my annual check up & he recommended to have the coils cleaned. He gave me a price & I inquired what a new unit would cost, he provided a detailed cost difference. He told me about all the promotions so I agreed. Great service! Now the installation was excellent, they were 2 cuban brothers, I don’t remember their names and they also gave service. Thank you !I’ve been a loyal customer for many year’s & will continue to be.

What can I say...these guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to Air Conditioning....they were in and out within 2 hours...got everything working properly, cleaned up and was gone. Now the next day I had to have my duct work cleaned and thats when I had the most pleasant surprise of meeting SCOTT a wonderful and cool guy who really made me feel as though I'd met my other brother from another mother! He helped to make me feel id made the right choice in choosing Central Comfort....I truly believe he is an asset to the company... a true team player an all around great guy! Nothing but positive reviews. From booking the appointment, to getting a technician, took about an hour. The technician came actually before the appointment which was great. He came and within minutes he figured out the issue. Now the air conditioner is up and running again. I would definitely be calling them again if needed.

I can not say enough about the professional service received by this company. If you need a new A/C or service on your current unit you cannot go wrong when choosing such a great company. Great work and super professional service. The technician was right on time and offered great advice. Very courteous and told me about a great special promotion regarding my service contract. I have been with them for several years. I will not change them even if they pay me.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. From the setup of my appointment to the end of the installation, these people are professionals. Customer treatment and their presentation is top notch. They know what they are doing and their work is spotless. The two technicians who worked on the installation of my new unit were clear in setting time expectations and work with the maintenance person in my building to get it all done.
If you are looking for a new unit, they can help you finance it.

The good news is they showed up promptly to provide us a quote on quarterly maintenance on our AC system, Patrick was the tech and seemed like a nice guy and promised a quote by the end of the day after he spoke to his boss. After one week of calling him and then the office and promised at every call we would have a quote promptly only to get none they just told me on the last call that I will not be getting a quote as maintenance on our brand new package unit will be too hard. Not sure why it took over a week and five phone calls to tell us that and we were given no explanation indicating why it was too hard.
