Incredibly responsive. Incredibly fast. A truly professional company. I didn’t shop around very much, they may or may not be more expensive but when you are already spending thousands on a new A/C spending a fraction more is inconsequential. The service I received was PHENOMENAL. I had someone at my house the next morning after I called, and they came to install a new A/C unit the following day. The technician, Patrick Z, was an absolute legend who explained as well as showed me what was wrong with my system. And following his advice was easy to do when you trust what they are telling you. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent company and technician to do business with. Came earlier than scheduled and resolved the issue with the AC unit very promptly.

Eric, the service technician, arrived in less than three hours of when I placed my call for repair. I have a maintenance agreement with Central Comfort A/C and originally purchased the system from them in 2016. Eric even arrived early on the same day service was requested. He was expertly adept at working on and troubleshooting my complete A/C system. Along the way, I learned a great deal about the A/C system and how to keep from having these issues again.

Cynthia, the Office Manager, received my initial call, dispatched Eric and my A/C was back in operation in less than 90 minutes of his arrival! Central Comfort Air Conditioning is a super company run by great people.

I had no Air conditioner for 3 days , worst days of my life , I was looking for help then I found this company, he did a amazing job less than 10 minutes he was done , very good pricing.

I do not often give a review, but in this case the service I received was impressive. Although the service did take 2 days, due to an unforeseen secondary issue. The technician diagnose the issue over the phone and we scheduled a visit the next day. Once the technician arrive he then noticed that the blower was improperly installed, and require to fabricate a piece of piping instead to doing a replacement. He not only saved me money the second visit was with no charge. I realized that this company is a responsible, reliable and put customer service above charging and signed up for their yearly maintenance. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend anyone in the Miami/SoFLO area to use Central Comfort Air Conditioning.

What a treat when I deal with a company that provides such great service! When my Trane a/c broke I called Trane and they recommended Central Comfort Air Conditioning. They did not disappoint. I called them at 6pm and they were here the next day, on time at 8am. Edgar was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options. They installed the new air handler same day. Prompt service, excellent customer service, punctual, and the a/c is working beautifully. Very highly recommended.

Update: still receiving excellent service, my hvac unit is still in almost new condition years later thanks to Central Comfort and their technician Hernan. Attention to detail and no high pressure selling or over selling really makes them stand out.

Excellent service and less than half the cost of Kendal HVAC. Service rep was very friendly and attentive, and very fast to our home (same day evaluation and service). Documented with photos as he went and engaged us to see every aspect - amazing transparency. They even installed a UV light to keep our system mold, bacteria and virus free.
