Central Comfort Air Conditioning

Luis came out today within 2 hours just like they told me when I called. He was very good and pointed out the issue Our ac had before fixing it. We approved the recommendations and he took care of it in a timely manner. I would definitely call them again if I need my ac fixed.

This guys are PROFESSIONALS. Unfortunately I had 3 different companies coming to my apartment trying to fix why the AC was not cooling, and the Central Comfort was the one that figure out the issue and had it fixed very quick, and with a fair price for the service.

Patrick was the technician assigned to the visit, he was very pleasant and precise. He identified the issue in just a few minutes, and in less than 40 minutes it was fixed and it started to working properly.

I’m impressed with the professionalism displayed by your technicians (two brothers and Irvin). They were very respectful and courteous and focused on the task at hand. They cleaned up after themselves. The one and only thing that I’m not to happy about is the brand or unit I purchased. It is extremely noisy when it starts. If I had known that I would have
purchased Trane even though it was less economic than the one I bought. I wonder if something can be done about it. Claudia

Service was superb. Call at 8:30am, service tech was at my property by 10:30am. Quick service, very professional.

They sent texts to let me know when technicians would be arriving. The girl who answered my calls was extremely nice and professional and so were the technicians. Highly recommend.

A technician by the name of Will from Central Comfort fixed my ac. He was professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and he explained the process of what he was doing in a way that was easy for me to understand. I also received professional assistance from the company when I made initial contact to set up an appointment for an assessment of the problem. The inspection was made and the problem was fixed both on the same day. Would recommend highly this company- and Will- based on my experience with them.

Central Comfort AC was recommended to me by another AC company in 2013. Everyone at CCAC provides excellent customer service and honest opinions about my AC issues and service. This time was no exception. We have a 50 year old house and even though we have new AC, things come up. Patrick came out the same day we called, exactly when they promised. He was professional, courteous throughout his service call. He found our issue and provided a candid assessment of what needed to be done. I have always found CCAC to be price competitive, but the reason they continue to get my business is their professionalism and honesty. Thank You Central Comfort!

I wish I could have given Central Comfort 5 stars again, but due to the poor customer service recently, I cannot. I had to request quotes more than once, I had to ask 4 times for availability of techs to come out, only to be chastised by Yuli that she had 100 other emails to read first as well as telling me a tech can’t go out because it’s going to rain. Just a lot of excuses. It isn’t the same Central Comfort service I’ve relied on previously. I hope the owner monitors his shop a bit better.

This company is reliable. I recommend them to anyone that needs either a new a/c installation or service. I have used many a/c companies over the years and this one by far has been the best expericenc.

Today was my second time working with Patrick and the team at Central Comfort. On both occasions, they have shown up for an emergency call within an hour of me calling them. And this time, the emergency call was on a Sunday afternoon. Patrick explained the benefits of a semi annual unit inspection and I will be working with them on this moving forward. Very professional group. Cannot recommend them enough.
