I've had bad experiences with AC companies in the past. I looked into this company and saw their positive reviews. They are wonderful. They answer the phone at all hours. They get to you as soon as possible. They make and keep appointments. Their work is professional and their expertise is so helpful. I like to understand what is wrong and they are great at explaining it. If there were more stars, I would give it to them. In my opinion, you can trust this company to be your AC vendor.

Recently switched companies and decided to give Central Comfort Air Conditioning a try for A/C maintenance. The difference was night and day. Edgard was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The service was by far the most comprehensive my A/C unit has ever received. Overall, I had a positive experience with excellent customer service.

Review Update 11/9: I believe it’s been 2 years since Central Comfort Air Conditioning has been maintaining my A/C. The service continues to be top notch. Every tech that has come to my house has not only provided an excellent customer experience, they have improved the functionality of my system each time. They are always teaching me ways to maintain my system in between visits. Today, the tech named Lazaro, added extra tubing to facilitate when I add the Clorox/water mixture to the drain pipe making it more accessible and eliminated the need to unscrew and remove the clamp holding the hose to the pvc tube. Excellent work!

As always I am very pleased with the service. They arrived a little bit late however, they called before. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues in a fast and smooth way.

Called early morning to report about leaking a/c; Yordanis service technician came in the same afternoon and did my service maintenance.I highly recommend this company and will renew the maintenance contract.I’m happy with their fast response

One of the highest values this company has is the knowledge the technicians have shown when they have visited us for repairs of our AC unit. Also, the people in the office (dispatchers, etc) have always been quick and accomodating.
