After paying the full amount to install a brand new AC unit from this company, the machine stopped working 20 min after the tech left. And this happened three times before it finally got fixed a few days later. For most AC companies, a new unit will come with a new thermoset and the company will register the unit for customers free of charge. However, this company does not provide new thermoset, and does not do the registration for customers. On the Contract, it says WARRANTY: (10) YEARS COMPRESSOR, (10) YEARS PARTS. But, to get that you actually have to pay an extra fee to BUY that warranty, and there is no single word on the Contract mentioning this is just a purchase option. So, be prepared that you will need to pay extra money after buying the whole brand new unit from them.
After multiple Refrigeration companies cancelled on me, I contacted 24 hour air services. They're very professional, they're all about business. They catered to everything we needed. I will definitely keep they're contact just in case another accident. Great company!
This company is horrible. While the servicemen are friendly and professional, the actual company is horrendous. The company quoted me a completely different price of what they told my landlord to pay and cashed my check immediately. When my landlord called to discuss this payment discrepancy they stated they would mail me a refund check. This happened early July 2013. I have called at least 7 times since then (it is late September 2013) each time they told me my refund check is in the mail. I have still not received my refund check but will continue to call until they do so. This company took advantage of a young woman by attempting to over charge and has appalling customer service.
Mr Roger the technician was amazing. He was on time, so respectful, understanding of our frustrated situation, and got us up and running in no time. Really an amazing worker. Would highly recommend him to any of your ac needs.
Unprofessional! Contacted this Company on a Sunday. No invoice provided for an AC unit that was serviced. Within a few hours still blowing warm air. Contacted the office the next day on Monday--which was a NO SHOW. Called the next day Tuesday and a person (could not have been a ACperson). This guy walked around for an hour with no answers! He went ahead and asked for an actual thermometer so he could check the temperature of the unit Yes. A human thermometer! Poked a hole in the units insulation to measure it! When I spoke to a manager his reply was" well it doesn't matter, it can be measured this way" called Wednesday again to get someone out to honor their 30 day guarantee And another NO SHOW. Complained about no emailed receipts! Can anyone tell me whom the actual owner is of this company. Call Air on Demand! Great company.
24 Hour Service came to our rescue in the heat of the summer. I highly recommend asking for Mike from the Miami service department. We have very old units that were giving us troubles, popping breakers every few days... Mike came to the rescue and put a new compressor in and we have been up and running ever since. We really appreciated how Mike took the time to explain what the problem was and then finally fixed it. And even better yet, he even dropped by a few months later to see how things are working. That is great customer service.
Attention: poor customer service...after services were rendered , Friday night, and paid $400.00 for a/c capacitor. Was told needed fuse box replaced ALREADY INCLUDED. Was told someone would come back next day with fuse box. No one showed up, called and was told it was not an emergency, scheduled it for Tuesday afternoon, Again, no one came. Called again, tech came today, Wednesday. Tech informs me that I'm to be charged $250.00 for fuse box replacement or a $50 charge for visit. Horrible experience!
This company and the specialist Roger was the best. Roger knew exactly what the problem was with my AC and solved it immediately. He's the best you can get!
My air conditioning was loosing freon and had to be replaced. 24 hourAir came to the rescue, They quickly obtained all permits and condo approval. There friendly experts did a great job, non stop, explained every thing...Thank You 24 Hour Air.
Horrible service. Ditch people for so many times. Never show up on time. Overcharge the price and didn't even fix the fridges the right way, still having problem. They blame it for other reasons, like it's too old or takes time to get colder. Also, they will give you one price first, and then change to different amount after finish the job. The technician name is Baker. The manager Crystal is horrible too. Poor management and bad technician. Wish the owner of business see this comment. Needs to work better job!!!!!!!!!!!!!
